Nikos Xidakis is one of the best Greek composers with many superb albums and soundtracks under his belt since 1978 while Eleftheria Arvanitaki is one of the best Greek singers with an ethereal/fairy voice and many releases through the years. Back in 1985 Xidakis wrote the rather amazing soundtrack for the cult film "Mania" (directed by Yiorgos Panousopoulos) amd Eleftheria Arvanitaki sung two super beautiful tracks with amazing Folk roots. "Stin Arhi Tou Tragoudiou" is a timeless Folk/Cinematica masterpiece and is been transfered to a Downtempo/Organic heaven by EraNota!

The native name of Greece in Modern Greek is Ελλάδα. The corresponding form in Ancient Greek and conservative formal Modern Greek is Ἑλλάς (Hellas). This is the source of the English alternative name Hellas, which is mostly found in archaic or poetic contexts today. The Greek adjectival form ελληνικός is sometimes also translated as Hellenic and is often rendered in this way in the formal names of Greek institutions, as in the official name of the Greek state, the Hellenic Republic. The English names Greece and Greek are derived, via the Latin Graecia and Graecus, from the name of the Graeci (Graikós), who were among the first ancient Greek tribes to settle Magna Graecia in southern Italy. The term is possibly derived from the Proto-Indo-European root "to grow old", more specifically from Graea (ancient city), said by Aristotle to be the oldest in Greece, and the source of colonists for the Naples area. On a stray walk, after a storm, heading to a forest, i found myself in a blooming garden… There, i came across with the tiniest snail i’ve ever seen. I reached to touch and greet it! As friendly as it was, it came out of its shell and looked back at me. ‘’Like you, i just got out of my home’’, it spoke. That moment i realized, that without the microcosm, the perceivable great world of ours, wouldn’t be..

Lying there, on the beach, dipping my feet in the shallows, i travelled through the mountain figures reflected on the water.
Had already being amazed by the view, i got straight up and headed uphill.
Only when i reached the mountain tops i truly comprehended the vastness of the sea.
And then it stroke me..
Maybe sometimes, we need to keep some distance and a more remote aspect to fully understand things.

When dark and cloudy days shadow me, i long for him.. but somehow i feel his energy surrounding me.

We all instantly turn to each other and share all of our father’s energy stored in us.
In unity we are preserved, we focus our everything.. all in the family.
