mic = possibly 86'd. picks up too much ambient noise in my room to completely eq and filter out. I've got a few songs in the bank that will have to wait to see the light of day until it's either fixed or i get the money for a new recording set up.

this one couldn't wait though. i needed the catharsis that recording this brought to me. I just hope it didn't come off petty or bitter - this was the product of 3 weeks of writing and processing emotions, which is why it's so disjointed and flip-flops emotionally so often.  However, i'm letting this punctuate the end of the grieving process for me. It's time to look toward the horizon now, and I can see, every day,  things are getting brighter little by little. To the subject of interest, I only hope to see you flourish and achieve the things you felt you couldn't in my presence. I'm grateful for our time together, both good and bad, and I mean that with the utmost sincerity. It's been a wild ride.
