REMNANT.exe returns to vibe.digital in triumphant fashion with the Psychokinesis EP after his debut on Sable Valley. Bringing his unique flair of melodic clarity to his bright, warm, and dreamy world, REMNANT.exe paints an evocative and atmospheric picture set against a deeply dystopian soundscape.

Snowballing, contrasting synths in alternating tempos overlay the opener, “Psychokinesis.” “Collapse” is propelled by vivid arpeggios and a slow, gentle swirling of ambient melodies cut with oscillating sub heavy bass notes. Salient in its clarity, “Superposition” is propelled by a symbiotic relationship of bass and retro synthesis. “Energy Field” is striking in its hard hitting percussion and mind-bending distorted bass that rides right up to the edge of total pandemonium. “Persistence” takes us home with a memorable melody and cinematic soundscape, rounding out a notable EP.
