What could I bring into this world? Right now. To counter the darkness. What could help cope with the atrocities we’re all facing? I don’t have a definitive answer. But I believe that art could be a step forward in the right direction. Art changes people's minds. It gives birth to hope. It evokes thought. It channels pain and gives an outlet to indescribable feelings. 

I pray this song will give even just the slightest bit of light for our hurting souls. I want to focus on sending love into the world, not hate. If people carried deep love in their heart for others, they wouldn’t end up using violence or calling for the destruction of humans.

The song starts with a muted trumpet, in a tonality of a funeral, which carries the sadness of death. Then, the ongoing mantra of “Do You Know Love” joins in. Repeating this question after every sentence in the song. Challenging the listener; if you’re able to other so strongly, dehumanize any side, use violence as a choice of action, then - Do You Know Love? How would one act differently if the engine of their actions was love.
