A combination of stylings such as Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The The, Doom Metal, and a love for the atomic age. Intro includes a clip from an interview with the father of the atomic bomb, J. Robert Oppenheimer, where he famously quotes Vishnu upon seeing the detonation of the first atom bomb: "I am become death, destroyer of worlds." 

Death's Lament For Hiroshima

Messing with harmonies for the sake of messing with harmonies. And I thought it seemed like a fun song to record for the night. What would you do if you didn't hear your friend's last joke?!

What The Hell Was That Joke?

Spent about a year on this one. When I say a year I literally spent 2 days out of the year on this one. And those two days happened about a year apart.

Paranoia

I am very pleased to put this track out finally. After creative differences between me and my fingers, we finally came to an agreement. 
The lyrics of this song are heavily based on "Fahrenheit 451" by Ray Bradbury. 
The accordion and violin combo is heavily influenced by Gogol Bordello.
The fried-vocal chord, goblin singing is inspired by folk punk band Daze N Daze.

Chord progression and really simple melody I came up with, and some playing over the changes. Hopefully going to expand on this idea more soon.

Forlorn

Marc Ribot/Tom Waits-esque track. Complete with sloppy guitars, fuzzy vocals, nontraditional song form, and some blues rhythms. And a few Eric-esque touches for good measure.
