Floating Lakes is a description of clouds in Ireland. I was in Ireland of the winter of 2020. I went up to the Lake District and saw the lakes in various places. I was in Galway, and clouds were very much part of the daily view.

Every Wish

I recorded a morning bus ride on the Van Ness No. 47 route in San Francisco in November 2012. I then ended up using an ensemble consisting of viola, timpani, keyboard, voice, clarinet, and flute. The keyboard is triggering synth sounds from a Roland RD 600 patches, and I also used a plug-in synth sound from Kontakt. The piece is set in a rondo like form with several sections. This was performed as a premiere at the Mysterium concert held on April 21, 2013 at the Texas State University Music Recital Hall. I used Digital Performer and this version format is at 48kHz at 24 bits.
