Today marks 4 months since Lea Rose’s passing.

In accordance with their mom, we wanted to pay them tribute by sharing with you the recording of their set at Raptur #2 from September 15, 2023.

More than ever, we feel extremely grateful to have been able to share authentic moments of selfless passion for music with the artist that Radical Softness was, but we are even more blessed to have witnessed and deeply connected with the human that Lea Rose was.

Their generosity, helpfulness and commitment to what’s right is a noble legacy that lives on.

The set definitely hits different today with every second and every sound, kicking off with an ethereal intro and plunging us into 2 hours of nostalgia for a sadly bygone era.

In our 76th series, we have Alexey Dunchyk, originally from Belarus. Having an extensive musical experience as a multi-genre guitarist but being relatively new to electronic music, he has already gained respect in the scene with releases on labels like Kazerne (Mord), Children of Tomorrow, and Recorded Things, to name a few. His dedication to achieving maximum quality while conveying feelings through his darkish and groovy music has not gone unnoticed. We highlight the last release on Kazerne "Dark Therapy EP"

VIRT - a representative of the Techenko collective and a DJ from Warsaw who has been taking 
listeners on extraordinary musical journeys since 2022. Although relatively new to the scene, his 
connection to electronic music goes much deeper. In his sets, he doesn’t limit himself to just one
style of Techno. His selections are both deep and hypnotic, as well as dynamic and full of energy. At 
times, he weaves slower, ambient sounds with powerful, rhythmic beats, creating surprising yet 
harmonious transitions between tracks.
He has performed at clubs such as Smolna, Luzztro, Crackhouse, Bunkier, and STK 47. His goal is 
not only to provide an unforgettable musical experience but also to immerse the audience in an 
endless stream of sounds that move them to dance and draw them into a hypnotic trance. His sets 
are a unique experience that lingers in the memory, surprising with the variety of sounds and 
emotions.

VIRT - reprezentant kolektywu Techenko i DJ pochodzący z Warszawy, który od 2022 roku zabiera 
słuchaczy w niezwykłe muzyczne podróże. Choć na scenie jest stosunkowo nowy, jego związek z 
muzyką elektroniczną sięga znacznie dalej. W swoich setach nie ogranicza się do jednego stylu 
Techno. Jego selekcje są zarówno głębokie i hipnotyczne, jak i dynamiczne oraz pełne energii. 
Niekiedy przeplata wolniejsze, ambientowe brzmienia z potężnymi, rytmicznymi beatami, tworząc 
zaskakujące, a jednocześnie harmonijne przejścia pomiędzy utworami.
Występował w klubach takich jak Smolna, Luzztro, Crackhouse, Bunkier oraz STK 47. Jego celem 
jest nie tylko dostarczenie niezapomnianej muzycznej przygody, ale przede wszystkim sprawienie, 
by publiczność zatraciła się w niekończącym się strumieniu dźwięków, które poruszają do tańca i 
wciągają w hipnotyczny trans. Jego sety to wyjątkowe doświadczenie, które na długo zostaje w

Sxnxrxs, alias de Alfredo González, es un productor y DJ de Medellín conocido por su estilo hipnótico y constructivo dentro del techno. Su música, que toma elementos de diversas influencias del género, se caracteriza por sonidos inmersivos y ritmos que liberan energía en la pista. Cada una de sus sesiones se desarrolla como una narrativa sonora que envuelve al público, creando una experiencia única y envolvente.

Over the years, the French producer Clarence Rise has developed a strong musical identity, always gaining in intensity and singularity, where incisive techno mixes with the icy atmospheres of coldwave. Some people characterize his work as cinematic electronics or “Cold Techno”, with a strong emphasis on complex rhythms, dark sound design and contemplative melancholy.

Author of several releases on different labels (Chez KitoKat, Bella Ursa, DNC Limited or his own label: Freestate Records) and different media, this DJ and live artist makes his shows real journeys, as dynamic as introspective.

Résilience Podcast 030 - Clarence Rise

We are really excited to share our latest mix with you from another very special guest. She doesn’t need much introduction as most of you will have seen her play or listened to her tracks but for those of you who are unfamiliar, Nakamo is a DJ/Producer who has been gracing warehouses and major venues across London and Europe for some time. 
 
We love the energy she brings to the dancefloor and have especially enjoyed some of her recent sets at iconic parties like Htbx, Structure and a special B2B with Becky Stroke at Noise Orchestra. Her dynamic take on hypnotic techno is influenced by various sounds and delivers a layered, captivating listening experience. 

Nakamo’s talent doesn’t stop at the decks as she dived into the production side of music back in 2022. In a short space of time, she’s built up a strong catalague of tracks including releases on notable labels such as Prtl Wax and a collaborative EP on Leisure World with another familiar face, Ctrltraxx. 

We really hope you enjoy this mix as much as we do! Get ready for a hypnotic journey featuring three unreleased tracks from Nakamo herself following some inspiration from our first release! 23rd instalment of Structure Series Invites we bring you our good friend and a big part of the Fold family - bbeck_s 

A devoted record collector, passionate relationship with music is often laid bare for all to hear; a varied, eclectic taste reflecting her different musical influences, personifying her thoughts within her intimate sets. With an inclination towards the deep yet heavily modulated, dark yet hypnotic, bbeck_s takes the listener inside her thoughts, allowing a brief glimpse into her world and beyond.
Since moving to London from Italy in 2012, she has been constantly involved in East London culture, contributing to the growth of its thriving music landscape. This connection has helped her develop her curiosity towards new sounds, pursuing those that intrigue her, expanding an already impeccable taste.
Her deeply humble character is the antithesis to the huge role she has in keeping FOLD operating each week, but she wouldn't have it any other way. Diligently studying her craft, she has quietly gathered an increasing amount of respect and attention from her peers, playing in various underground events.

We are so happy to have her as part of our series and as always please go show the love and support to the artist involved.

Adelina is a ukrainain dj, live performer and producer currently based in Berlin. With over nine years of experience in the electronic music scene, she has made a name for herself as an integral figure of Kyiv’s underground and has been turning heads in Berlin, where she is active for the last two years. Apart from djing and making music, Adelina is also the founder of the Oracool party series and the homonymous record label.

Adelina is passionate about deep basslines and broken beats, which is evident in her productions and curatorial work for Oracool. Her live performances explore the dramatic side of dance music, while her dj sets tastefully combine canonical techno, acid, progressive house and oldschool trance. Adelina has graced the dancefloors of worldwide clubs such as Berghain, Closer, ∄, OXI, RSO, institut fuer zukunft and more, as well as at festivals like Strichka (Kyiv) and ICKPA (Berlin). She is also a resident of Bass Resistance and Nowa event series. 

Adelina is a resident and close affiliate of the Berlin via Bristol label Banoffee Pies, where she released her first EP in 2023. She also appeared on the Parisian Vacuity Records imprint. Recently, her own label Oracool put out its first release – a compilation titled ‘Sins’, curated by Adelina and featuring her music. The compilation received positive feedback and has been featured in renowned music media such as Inverted Audio, Resident Advisor, Mixmag Ukraine and Bolting Bits.

In her creative work Adelina is inspired by esotericism. Her artistic practice is an exploration of the space in between the mystical realm and technology. She takes inspiration in surrealist art and poetry, which can be traced in the intricate nuances of her music. With a background in design, Adelina is interested in a multidimensional collaborative approach, combining elements of different media and different points of reference.
