 Who's thah Girl Tour es la primera gira mundial de la reina del pop, en esta oportunidad  visitó por primera vez Asia y Europa. El Tour comprende junio/septiembre de 1987.
"Who's That Girl" hace referencia a tres trabajos: la banda sonora, fue publicada antes de la película homónima, y la gira; la cual promocionó además el álbum True Blue (1986), que en nuestro país tuvo una buena recepción, sobre todo por el tema La Isla Bonita. Luego vendría "You can dance" que por ser un disco de mezclas, en Venezuela se promocionó como "Madonna Mix 2"

En 1988 se lanzó el video en formato VHS esta vez bajo el nombre de Ciao Italia! - Live From Italy en el cual relataba dos shows en Italia, uno en Turín y otro en Florencia, este se lanzó en formato VHS, después fue lanzado en formato laserdisc y en 2001 se relanzó en DVD.
