Grateful for all the help on this track, from Louise Goldberg on Keyboard to Bernd Keull on Bass, Francine Ciccarelli on vocals and all the music platforms on which I met these great musicians! I wrote this song almost two years ago now.. it has a special place in my heart.. I didn’t know when the right time would be to release it, but it feels like now is the time to finally share it with the world.. i think it’s crazy how you can go from knowing someone so well, knowing all the things that make them who they are, you can be so close and then the next day you can be strangers.. also I think when you say something out loud, it makes it so much more real, and that concept is the theme for this song.. somehow keeping what you’re feeling or thinking inside, feels safer, makes it feel less real.

i miss you (i still do)

I wrote this song when I was feeling really nostalgic about the person I used to be when I was younger and feeling like I wanted to get back in touch with that version of me again.

A song about my own experience of mental health and depression whilst on Prednisone and how invisible that all is to the outside world that sees you as a confident coping person when you truly aren't.
