Techno and chicago house, a DJ set that I played at Basement 05 o´clock in the morning. Basement is a beautiful industriual venue in the heart of Copenhagen. The crowd was so nice. We had a good time :)

Basement this night was all about being together. At the dancefloor and in the DJ booth. We were four DJs playing and we all had our one hour solo sets each. But the real fun was to play B2B2B2B2B. We played B2B the four of us the last two hours and it was so much fun! This hour is my solo output in between the B2B sessions. I had so much energy to give that night and found the sweet spot in a very festive techno with funk and energy. It is so rewarding when the crowd is responsive and this crowd surely was. It was an exchange of happy good vibes, a lot of dancing and fun. Lots of love from Copenhagen :)

In the midst of the night in an ancient industrial cellar: sweaty bodies moved mechanically to strange repetitive sounds. Lights in colors and blurry stroboscopic pictures moved with the sound. While a misty smoke blurred the sights.

Wow what a night!! Bliss at Basement was above all expectations. The Bliss Collective did really facilitate for a great party by owning the industrial venue with visuals in a very immersive and delicate way. 

It was an honour to play alongside Miss Puppy, Phloem, Ekkel, Peachlyfe and Sven Rellek. 

My opening was a track by Sri Hari. This track has many memories from my hometown Oslo and my friends there. I also played tracks by Juno Reactor, Eat Static and from the Warning label.

Such an energy!! Loved the crowd!!

STOOR Live in Paradiso - ADE 2023 Saturday

The event is arranged by the start-up NGO "Project LifeWard", and the proceeds of the event will be donated to construct a health-center in Bududa, eastern Uganda.

The people of Bududa struggle with basic necessities and must traverse 20 kilometers of mountainous and rough terrain in order to receive medical assistance and services.

It is for this reason that Project LifeWard has decided to initiate its work by delivering aid to this district, where a small organization can have the highest possible impact, as well as reaching an area which is untended by other humanitarian efforts.

The plan for the project in the district is to first construct a health center with the possibility of it being upgraded to a hospital in the future.

Baraka has always been synonymous with "lucky star". And it is true that you can find some of that in this duo. In 2020, as the world prepared to go into lockdown, Cristofeu (DJ and producer) and sa+ga (DJ, singer, poet, author) got together to compose a series of tracks featuring poetic vocals, acid sounds and synthetic layers. You can feel the influence of trance, trip-hop, drum'n'bass and artists such as Prodigy, Massive Attack, and even Björk. But it is on stage that Baraka's music really comes into its own. Capable of transforming a concert hall into a dancefloor or building up a club’s energy to the level of a punk show, the duo electrifies every venue they play at: from the Berghain/Panorama Bar (Berlin) to the Trabendo (Paris), from Positive Education festival (Saint-Étienne) to Boiler Room.
