Running alongside our mix series we welcome one artist to showcase a series of 12 works over 3 months, each week providing artwork inspired by the theme of a flower blossoming. 

We welcome the amazing visual artist Coline L'Achiver to the series this week. Here’s what she had to say about the series. 

“The serie of illustrations for the listening Gardens stems from the composition study of flowers who were once believed to have magical properties. By deconstructing them to the most primordial geometric shapes, it explores the ornamental vocabulary which has fuelled artists' imagination and shaped our cities' architectural landscapes for centuries, compiling them into an imaginary garden as an homage to the ancient universal Art of cultivating nature. Sketches for dreamlike gardens, meeting points for mythologies and science, for the intimate and the collective. Oneiric spaces for contemplation, healing, and rêverie.”
