Therapy holds up a mirror and says it's okay to talk about mental health and it's perfectly normal for everyone in society to need a little help.  It is a playful take on a serious situation to further the conversation.

Inspired by one of my followers, it's about finding out that you are way more invested in your new relationship than your partner, but you are fun and strong and you are over it - WASTED IT ON YOU.

Upbeat show of female strength, fun and sassy.  Written for one of Erin's friends who had been seeing a guy all year and then just as the summer holidays began and they could finally spend some time together, he called an end to the relationship.
