Reconnected with an old homie from High School. This is his first time grabbing a mic in over 20 years. Can't even tell though. I sent him this track because I had the record (sample source) with me the last time we hung out. It came from a local antique store. The record was from a High School spring concert from 1966. The really cool part is the owner of the antique store was also the original owner of the record..... because she was in it! Really cool universe digging moment. Just felt right to let D.J. get on it. Mad props to D.J. Garcia for stepping up and knocking it out of the park. Technically this is my first legit collab and definitely the first person to rap on my beats. Without a doubt there will be more to come! Thanks for listening, one love ✌️
