As residents of the Cityfox New York events, it was high time @adriatique had the chance to flex their repertoire and range beyond a 2hr peaktime slot. On April 11, did they ever. After superb sets by Mark Slee (@mcslee), Atish (@atish) and then Martin Buttrich live (@martin-buttrich), Adrian & Adrian took the decks before a packed and very ready house, playing on a super tight KV2 Audio system. Very simply, the greatest testament to this set is that they started at 4am and when they finished at about 9, most on the dance floor remained to hear them through the end. We've never seen so many people stay out so late in NYC, which says it all.

Kollektiv Turmstrasse's cinematic take on 4/4 electronica has won praise from all corners of the globe via releases on Diynamic, Connaisseur and their very own Musik Gewinnt Freunde imprint. A busy remix schedule has seen them grace the likes of Cocoon, Get Physical, Soma, Poker Flat, Defected, Systematic and Traum, reworking multifarious acts which include Trentemøller, Hot Chip and Terry Lee Brown Jnr. along the way.

On Friday May 27th, Kollektiv Turmstrasse will make their way to Amsterdamse Bos for the third round of Diynamic Festival, where they will play alongside Solomun, Adriatique, H.O.S.H., Stimming, Karmon, and many more. Holding the same capacity as last year, the festival will be returning to the enchanted Amsterdam forest, but at a more tucked away location known as "Land Van Bosse". In light of the upcoming festival, Kollektiv Turmstrasse provide an exclusive podcast.

Stories From Sa Talaia is an album, a compilation, a love affair and like the title says many stories. Some of those with friends and collaborators, some about my family and all somehow connected to Ibiza. 
It´s a showcase of what i learned in the studio and in the booth in the last 20 years and the combination of those skills. 
It´s my approach of how to present such work in our fast forward moving times. This is why this work as i intended it to be in mixed form will be available as a free download for all of you. For DJs the tracks will be available as 4 Album Chapters with single tracks in the next months.

Biografia:

Emiliano Scippo nacido en Rio Gallegos, Santa Cruz. Con 23 años ya tuvo su primer release en SUDBEAT sello discográfico del gran Hernan Cattaneo y su proximo lanzamiento en octubre con 2 tracks en el Balance que presenta Nick Warren de su sello The Soundgarden. Su musica cuenta con el support de Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo, BOg, Eelke Kleijn, Guy Mantzur, entre otros. Desde los 15 años se dedica a la producción musical, reside en la capital porteña hace seis y comenzó su carrera como DJ hace cinco. Su sonido se basa principalmente en el progressive house pero en sus sets se puede escuchar algo de techno y variantes del house.

Principalmente influenciado por artistas como Guy J, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, entre otros.
