Your boys are back with a vengeance. Hopefully y'all kept bouncing. After a big ol' pause in our drop schedule we've cooked up another dancefloor blazer  :) On this homage to ATCQ, Dilla, Can, and The Maestro, we connected with the one King Most for an up-tempo flip of Q-Tip's sole Top 40 hit.

Tall Black Guy - Sade's Taboo(Sweetest Taboo Blap-Up)

A little back story on this one, for those of you that may be interested. I'd wanted to do an edit of this wonderful track for ages but couldn't figure out how to approach it when along came Mark E with "Scared", an edit which solved the issue of how to deal with the two separate parts of the track beautifully - extend the intro, tease it out and simply drop into the main part of the original, leaving it as is. Brilliant! The only snag for me was that "Scared" wasn't in the style that I was looking for personally. So, I proceeded to copy Mark E's blueprint using a different groove. I filtered the intro and beat, jammed along on keys over the top, working it to the max, before dropping back into the original at the drop. I've had a lot of fun playing this one out over the years, it works equally well in house clubs and soul all-nighters alike. I've left the edit as is,  the way I first recorded it, nice and loose (nothing to do with locating 9+ year old files  on hard drives ;)). I hope you all enjoy it and play it out often and loud!
