Hello everyone, glad to finally return with my Techno Elixir Podcast, was absent a while with the production and some other personal matter, all fine now!

Today's podcast is a special one, I am glad to host talented artists on my shows, one of them is CC Luna from Stockholm, Sweden!

CC Luna is a Stockholm DJ who has rapidly made a name for herself in the scene as one of the city's premier performers. Inspired by old-school 90's techno as well as more industrial sounds, CC has mastered the art of getting the crowd moving. She’s also a talented producer and won Producer of the year at the Elly Awards in Stockholm in 2018. After dropping her first vinyl release on Techno Vinyl Records in October 2020 she has since done releases on a range of labels from Dolma Rec to Cancelled by way of Modular Soul and T Sessions, as well as a slew of remixes for various artists and collaborators.

It’s on stage though where CC Luna really comes alive. Her set selection and stage energy come together to make for a unique and exciting experience. She’s delivered this performance on stages across the world everywhere from Ibiza to Berlin by way of London (At Egg LDN) and Protokultura in Gdansk.

CC is  residet at Kink Vibe Sthlm and she has  performed alongside names like 999999999, Nur Jaber, Maxx Rossi, Dj Deep, Jesper Dahlbäck and Alexi Delano  just to name a few. Outside of performing CC is a resident DJ on Di.Fm with a monthly radio show called Techno Mood on the Underground Techno channel and The Invite on Di.fm. It features music and interviews from CC and her special guests from around the scene.

Recently, CC Luna has seen a whole new level of success. Her latest release Technoizied on Cancelled made it to number 32 on Top 100 Hard techno on Beatport and stayed there for weeks. CC is always in motion and her latest work has a slightly different sound than her recent releases. It's darker and more hypnotic techno with a lot of interesting percussions featuring her own vocals, a rarity in this scene.

She loves to experiment with new sounds which you can tell both in her production and in her live performances, and this experimentation looks like it will only accelerate in the next few years as she seeks to improve her production and delve deeper into the global techno scene. Will you join her quest to play ever-bigger stages and share her music with the world?

Clara Cibera comes from Frankfurt, Germany, but has Spanish roots.  Her sound is techno - driving and hard. Those who know her know exactly that she's a mixer - creative and with a lot of energy.

She started to deal with electronic music at the age of 15 and has loved electronic music since about 14. Her first gig started in 2013 at Waggon in Offenbach. She was booked in bars/lounges or at birthday parties. Otherwise she played mainly in German well-known clubs.

She was also booked as a warm up in Berlin AVA. But in 2016 she managed to get a gig in Vienna at the Kantine. There she was able to show her skills and draw people to the dance floor with her choice of tracks. Music is her passion, which can be heard in her sets.

Among other things, she was one of the top 20 in the competition for the 1st All European DJ Championships for KroneHIT in Austria.

Since 2019 she has been active as a producer and in 2020 she made a remix for Obskur Music from Canada. But 2021 was her biggest year yet with the releases of her single and EPs. Her biggest success was to make a track for Carbone Records from Italy.

For 2022 her goal is to create her own parties with friends and aims to be booked for more gigs at other events.

It's been a whole since we brought you original material by the Czech / Australian duo Shades Of Gray. So here we come with a mini-album Circulate. All three tracks are quite divergent - each in it's own way. The acid infused title track Circulate has been produced using solely Micro Korg XL and early New York house samples. Cross & Divide has been heavily influenced by the early 90ties EBM music and Treading Water takes you on emotional melodic trip. On the remix duties we have our good friends JML from Flow Vinyl and Felix Cage from Wood Club Brussels. Enjoy the trip!

Soma Records is inarguably one of Techno's major forces in 2017 and since it’s inception on the streets of Glasgow, Soma Records has stood for uncompromising quality of the highest level in every area it operates. Label figureheads Slam formed the label in 1991 together with friends Glenn Gibbons & Dave Clarke and subsequently forged one of electronic music’s most widely known and well-respected labels. Soma quickly began to develop its own sound with classics such as Slam's timeless ‘Positive Education’ and helped launch the careers of many great artists like Surgeon, Envoy, Funk D’Void, Silicone Soul and Alex Smoke as well as the discovery of French duo Daft Punk who released their first rudimentary, raw outings on the label back in 1994.

With their eyes firmly fixed on a vision of the future, Soma began the quest to instil their unquenchable passion and thirst for electronic music onto the world around them.

Box Set:
Soma have enlisted the likes of Jeff Mills, Robert Hood, Steve Bicknell, Andrew Weatherall (appearing as Woodleigh Research Facility), Blawan, Adam Beyer and more to provide brand new musical excursions for today's dance floors and beyond. These, coupled with many of today's new, up and coming names in the techno genre like Kobosil, VRIL & Jonas Kopp choosing their favourite tracks from the Soma back catalogue to remix sees Soma’s futuristic vision remaining strong with the celebration of 25 years being one of a forward thinking nature rather than one of nostalgia.

Ostgut’s Kobosil brings Slam’s ‘Visions’ into the prevailing drone-ebbed world, the veiled VRIL douses the timeless X Track by Percy X in his dubbed out demeanour and Jonas Kopp’s EBM workout of another Slam classic, ‘Stepback’ creates the standpoint for the project: “Always forward, never back”. Jeff Mills’ provides otherworldly connections with ‘A Tale From The Parallel Universe’, Weatherall delivers future/retro acid and Josh Wink unleashes a 9min epic dance floor burner. Robert Hood provides a straight up, fast paced dance floor workout; all coming together to form the collective consciousness of the Soma attitude. Slam deliver ‘Tempest’, a track that perfectly sums up the whirlwind last few years the pair have enjoyed as they continue to be at the forefront of the global Techno elite. Completing the assemblage of original tracks is Soma’s own Funk D’Void, bringing his unique brand of jacked up electronics with ‘808 Planet’.

Visual Construct:
In accompaniment, Soma decided it was necessary to match the unique musical sensibilities displayed. This led to collaboration with Scottish artist Kyle Irvine. His highly detailed, powerful yet delicate illustration style is truly unique. Each design was handpicked by Soma especially for the box set, which features exclusive Soma 25 Logo stickers, a poster and illustrated vinyl sleeves. Each individual sleeve has its own story line with enigmatic characters including Lantern Man and Little Bo, who live in a dimension beyond our own. Look out for Kyle’s designs on the Soma25 remix singles and forthcoming, limited edition clothing lines produced in conjunction with Forty Clothing Glasgow.

It may have been fate that Erphun's very first gig was on Halloween since his
music is pounding, moody and transformative, as if from another realm entirely. 
His ability to build a mood in his DJ sets is mesmerizing and transports the listener to that alternate higher level that his moniker infers. 

Erphun has already reached his global fan base and spun in several continents such as Europe, North America, South America and Australia. 
More specifically he’s spun at legendary clubs such as Guvernment in Toronto, Circus in Montreal, Kunstpark Koln in Germany, Exit in Lithuania, Chinese Laundry in Sydney, Brown Alley in Melbourne, WesterUnie in Amsterdam, Butan in Germany, Reaktor in Zurich,

His music is charted and played by some of the most reputable heavy hitters in the industry today such as Dubfire, Adam Beyer, Len Faki, Sasha, John Digweed, Chris Liebing, Speedy J, Oliver Huntemann, Fergie, and Stephan Bodzin to name a few.

Erphun's unique and different style of music rests on the borders or Techno, and Minimal Techno. 

His signature percussion patterns, menacing basslines and synths are instantly recognizable by his musical peers and his fans world wide. Not only do majority of his DJ sets consist of his own original productions and remixes, but almost every major DJ in the world at one point has either played, supported or
charted his music in all genres of electroni music.

The reaction of the listener to his slow, driving builds of his productions that weave between the almost symphonic-like movements of each of his pieces is always jaw dropping and is usually followed by an exclamatory "SIIIIIICK!".

The sound of his music is succinctly summed up by John Digweed as a “deep, dark, hypnotic and brooding sound…” which inspired the name of his own label,
Brood Audio.

In November of 2010, Erphun launched Brood Audio and has gotten the attention and support of some of the biggest names in the Techno world. Already
