Up next in the series we have IGNOTA. The Bogota-born, Amsterdam-based DJ and producer represents "The Unknowable", trying to approach his sets and productions based on emotion and current mood. 

The captured moods in this set is clearly relief and frustration, as this portrays the opening and closing of the nightlife in The Netherlands over the past few weeks. The set is ranging from deep, spiritual and atmospheric to earth-shattering and abrasive industrial. In two hours, IGNOTA slowly puts his foot on the throttle and is not touching the brake a single time.

The heavy sounds extracted from the black plastic disc inspired him to do more, to go a step further and create his own music. He sought inspiration in crowded cities and the correlation of nature with industrialized society. In music, he looks for something that is not obvious and still to discover. He is focus on his original productions, where you will find a rich mixture of dense industrial atmosphere, off beats sounds and monumental film music elements driven by energetic kick. 

Today, he is a member of Elite Music Management, he releases his music on VSK's CRS ltd, Secret Keyword or Newrhythmic Rec. to name a few and his performance can be found in most clubs in Europe.

To say that Dimi Angélis has been around, is to state the obvious. When during the late nineties techno first got hold in The Netherlands, Dimi was there to help shape the culture that would see it flourish. Promoting raves and warehouse parties in Amsterdam and putting his first needle on a record back when ‘underground’ actually meant something, he has since built a career that spans two decades. His craftsmanship is based on emotion, honesty and the firm belief that music has the power to move and educate. Over time his path has taken him everywhere from Berghain and Awakenings to Under Club and Dekmantel. 
Besides playing records, Dimi is an avid producer. After teaming up with Jeroen Search in 2004, the first half of his twenty-odd active years saw him release a string of sought-after EP’s and LP’s on Mission (6277/Axis), Stockholm LTD and their co-owned A&S label. 
Now, as the beginning of a third decade draws closer, Dimi’s been equally successful in putting out solo music on Construct Re-Form, Krill Music, Falling Ethics Warm Up Records and his own ANGLS imprint. Much like Dimi ANGLS is a platform for open and straigthforward techno, helping to shape the genre for another two decades to come.

BIO:

Francesco Visconti, better known as VSK, is an Italian techno dj and producer, born in Rome in 1986 and based in Berlin. Since his earliest youth he has had a huge passion for electronic music, and through hanging out at the famous record store from the Capital “Remix”, he was introduced to the world of djing when he wa only 16 years old.
He has got familiar to different forms of techno, his style ranging from a sound usually very hard and dark, often with industrial influences, to a very different one, deeper and more mental, both still easily recognizable as coming from the same mind.
He started to perform very early as a dj in the clubs of the Capital and from 2007 he was resident dj at Goa Club for two seasons.
At the same time he met the artist Ken Karter, who introduced him to the world of production and mastering. He began an education as an audio-engineer and sound-designer, in music and especially in television, working in different recording studios; currently he does this alongside his artistic career.
In 2010 he and his friends Conrad Van Orton and Vilix started their own label “Consumer Recreation Service”, which got immediate support from big names in the international techno scene.
Over the years he has relesed EPs on many other important labels such as 47, Mord, New Rhythmics, Planet Rhythm, Ear To Ground, Sonntag Morgen, Complex Adaptive System and Genesa. He works with many recognized artists. He performed and released with Scalamariya, which resulted in releases on Perc Trax. He released an EP with Giorgio Gigli on Planet Rhythm, collaborates with CVO, creating Symmetrical Behavior duo and publishing on Soma Records, as well as playing live act with Polish producer Michal Jablonski.

Last year, VSK established his own imprint - VSK Series - with VA of Kwartz, Ansome, Flaminia and his collabo with Michal Jablonski.

Born in Miami but moved to Berlin, Blush Response reveals that his aka comes from the futuristic Blade Runner movie.

His path as producer is filled by significant releases, many of them in forward thinking labels as Aufname Wiedergabe, Sonic Groove or Ant-Zen, and recently he also launched his own imprint called Megastructure.
