Russian producer @Pixelord released his first vinyl EP with Error Broadcast in 2011. 'Fish Touch' became legend for it's specific blend of "8-bit Nintendo snippets and quivering dubstep beats" (<a href="http://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/15132-fish-touch/">P4K</a>). Furthermore, it showcased remixes by @kidkanevil and an upcoming producer by the name of @OmUnit.

‘Treetunnels’ finds Iglooghost at his very best: crackling rap instrumentals that successfully balance psychedelia and straight-forward hip hop beats. His sound is low-fi and raw, yet Iglooghost always has a sweet little melody up his sleeves to keep the listeners attentive. ‘Treetunnels’ includes vocal features by the aforementioned milo, Hellfyre Club producer Riley Lake, and Italian songstress Kae. We are especially delighted to have Australian enigma jitwam up for a voodoo performance on ‘Teatunnels’. Cassette exclusive is a little rap track with Mr. Yote and remixes by Greyhat, Riley Lake, and Brainfeeder-affiliated Leaving Records boss Matthewdavid (who took care of mastering as well).

'2nd' is the second album of Italian electronic music composer Giuseppe Ielasi under the Inventing Masks moniker. In comparison to the first Inventing Masks album from last year, '2nd' is texturally much richer, even luxurious. Ielasis' generative beats evolved into polyrhythms that give '2nd' an air of restrained funkiness, not unlike fellow composers Jan Jelinek or Andrew Pekler.
It seems Giuseppe Ielasi eventually found his very own niche.
