I (Julien) will always remember the first time I heard "Stigma". It was at Electromind in 2008 and it was like taking a train at full speed in my face.
So having the opportunity to remix this classic tune 14 years later is like "une madeleine de Proust” for me. We didn't want to go on just an update of the track as it's already perfect, but more like rewriting everything to give heady and esoteric sensations.

(Nicolas) " Stigma " still has been one of my favorite songs . 
The first time I heard this track I couldn't believe it, I thought perfection had been reached. 
So having the opportunity to remix this monster is almost unreal for me. 
We really wanted to reappropriate the song and we hope you will like our vision. 

Quite a journey in a shamanic world, thanks to Noisia for letting us do it!

Dreaming Of You

For the past five years, Boomslang, an ancient god-serpent, has ruled over the shattered Neurofunk landscape, lurking in the depths beneath a dying world. The desolate land above is bleak, where sound is scarce and hope is even scarcer. Those who dare to listen are imbued with Boomslang’s ancient knowledge, their minds expanded by primal, otherworldly beats. Guided by the serpent’s relentless force, they find themselves transformed, no longer mere wanderers but disciples of the Boomslang—ready to rise from the pit and reshape the world above, one breakbeat at a time.

Prepare yourself for an auditory journey like no other as Boomslang Recordings unleashes the highly anticipated Serpentine EP on October 11th, available exclusively on Beatport and Spotify.
