With his Shell shock Debut single "The Weekend",  Parisian bred, Harlem Native hip hop artist Erwan Alexis
 is showing how truly versatile he can be, having co-produced, written and performed all the music on the record.
Erwan, has spent half of his life making music, learning how to play the piano at the age of eight and being involved
 in Choir, as well as school sponsored talent shows. His Mother is renowned Dancer/Choreographer Carole Alexis, 
and his Father was a percussionist, needless to say performing Arts is more than a calling for the budding rapper.
"The Weekend" is the perfect Debut to highlight Erwan's style, which often questions the status quo while giving
the listener The fun, uplifting sometimes humorous swagger of a Harlem cat. "Air 1" has enlisted Director 
Hannibal Alawode to shoot  "The weekend" music video and by doing so, hopes to catch his generation's attention 
with a colorful cameo and storyline. Whether on stage or behind the scenes in his Brooklyn-based studio, Erwan Alexis
