Hybrid was founded by Chris Healings and Mike Truman. Since first bursting onto the scene with the now classic album Wide Angle in 1999, the Swansea, Wales-based Hybrid have been known as one of the most forward thinking and technically skilled acts in electronic dance music. Blurring the line between in-studio production and live presentation, Hybrid are one of the few remaining dance acts to perform live with a classic band setup.

Their unique style of everything progressive has lead them to international start status, producing music for movies and tv shows as well.

I don't do too many Retro Set's these days but when I was asked to do this one I thought I would make it rather special! I spent a few weeks digging through loads of old DAT tapes and remastering and re-mixing some classic FFS tracks and remixes especially for this show!

Juan Fernandez del power breakbitero aKa eRWan en su faceta Breakbeat y Brainache en su faceta Drum and Bass en su lado mas oscuro es un joven DJ nacido en malaga y residente en Barcelona.

Su carrera como DJ nos es muy extensa ya que empezo su andadura tras los platos por el 2010, tras la ausencia en las raves malagueñas de la musica que a el le apasionaba. Fiel seguidor del vinilo como formato principal en sus sesiones, tambien se le ha visto pinchar con maquinitas y CDJs aunque con sus discos en como mejor se desenvuelve.

En el 2010 descubrio el Breakbeat y le apasiono de tal manera que se puso al dia con el, aprendio nombres, descubrio temas y le pillo el encanto, ese tipo de encanto que no aparece en el Hardstep o Technoid. Fue tanta su pasion que paso casi un año y medio sin comprar un solo discos de Drum and Bass.

A dia de hoy pincha a partes iguales Drum And Bass como Breakbeat, cada estilo con una tecnica propia y particular. Y sea cual se el estilo que pinche, se sabe adecuar al entorno y al publico para hacerlos disfrutar sin mesura.

Ha pinchado en multitud de raves y algunas que otras salas o bares pequeños, pero en las raves es donde mas se entrega y donde mas libre se siente y mejor se desenvuelve.
