Das Objekt klein a in Dresden wurde erst kürzlich beim renommierten GROOVE-Leserpoll 2019 in der Kategorie “Club des Jahres” hinter dem legendären Berghain auf den 2.Platz gewählt! Dresdens beste “Rave_Adresse” steht auch bei uns sehr hoch im Kurs - ebenso wie unsere beiden Sweeties Deli & Basti - entsprechend groß war die Freude, als uns ihr großartiger Mitschnitt von der “Jahresrückblick” Sause erreicht hat <3 Wir wünschen euch nun wie immer maximalste Unterhaltung.

🗯🗯 Where did you record the mix and how did you feel? 🗯🗯

Recording this mix was quite special for me. Normally I did my recordings at the club where I used to work as a Nightmanager. As its closed due to Corona I had to think of another plan. So I locked myself in with a bunch of my favorite records on a friday night and did a vinyl only podcast (as I don’t have digital stuff at home). At the beginning it was not easy to get into the vibe as I am really missing the dancefloors but after some time it all flowed naturally.

🗯🗯 What are your wishes for the time after Corona? 🗯🗯

I hope the scene will be refreshed. The more I had time to think about everything the more I see the point that the scene was a bubble just about to burst anyway. It has lost its roots and what it is all about. Now I had the time to rethink where I musically came from and where or what I want to be in the future.

The most important thing for me is that no more clubs will have to close. Fingers crossed. I am really missing these special places.

So und hier kommt nun die vorletzte Folge in diesem Jahr von „We Are At Home“ in der Hoffnung das es im 2021 nicht mehr so lange geht mit dem Lockdowns und sowieso.

Heute freu ich mich ganz besonders hier ein Set von Elli Altenberger präsentieren zu dürfen. Für mich in 2020 die NewcomerInn überhaupt. Das erste mal so richtige wahrgenommen hab ich die Künstlerin aus Österreich mit ihrem Podcast für United We Stream. Ihr ganz besonderes Händchen für die House-Musik hat mich sofort ganz ganz schwer begeistert. Um so mehr freu ich mich das sie sich auch sofort bereit erklärt hatte für meine kleine Reihe hier einen Beitrag beizusteuern. Und wieder groovt und knarzt es wunderbar aus meine Lautsprechern … Elli ich freu mich schon wenn ich deinem Sound mal auf dem Dancefloor rocken darf … tausend Dank für deine Leidenschaft für die Musik.

Es Schallt im Wald, das kleine kostenlose Open Air.

From the cult-open-air to the label…. The new label “ESIW-Records” got his name from the open air “Es schallt im Wald” which always starts with a befitting summer-tune into the open air season.
The title “Naples” by Cajuu sounds pretty groovy and is sending cheerfulness.
 
With Markus Homm as a remixer, whose career reaches from 8 Bits, Brise, Highgrade, and Kling Klong to Defected, ESIW Records could land a hit. He contributes a solid club bomb, which forces you to dance automatically.
 
Everybody who still does not know Thomas Stieler already, will no longer get past him. He is one of the discoveries of the cult label "Freude am Tanzen". About his remix you can only say …HOUSE YOU…!!!
 
Sound-genius Alex Q completes this great record. With his remix of Kollektiv Turmstrasse he has already made a stir. His mixture of ingenuity and directness led to a remix no words can describe..

Vom Kult Open Air zum Label....... Das ist der Werdegang des neuen Label ESIW-Records, welches auf dem Namen des Open Airs „es schallt im Wald“ basiert.
Es wird standesgemäß mit einem Sommertune in die Open Air Saison gestartet. 
Der Titel „Naples“ von Cajuu kommt treibend groovig daher, vergisst dabei aber nicht die housige gute Laune.
 
Mit Markus Homm als Remixer , dessen Werdegang von 8 Bit über Brise, Highgrade, Kling Klong bis Defected reicht, konnten ESIW Records einen Coup landen.
Er steuert eine Clubbombe bei, welche solider nicht sein kann, Homm-typisch zwingt er einen automatisch zum Tanzen.
 
Wer Thomas Stieler noch immer nicht kennt, wird an ihm nicht mehr vorbeikommen. Er zählt zu den Neuentdeckungen des Cult Labels „Freude am Tanzen“.
Zu seiner Version kann man nur eines sagen … HOUSE YOU…!!!!
 
Abgerundet wird diese tolle Platte vom Klanggenie Alex Q, der schon mit seinem  Remix für Kollektiv Turmstrasse für Aufsehen gesorgt hat.
Seine Mischung aus Genialität und Gradlinigkeit führte zu einem Remix der keine Wünsche offen lässt
