Corvet’s graceful strums, mixed with the Atlanta singer-songwriter’s melodic vocals, makes for a potent punch, but Kam’s muse for the track—the true story of his parents eloping after being pen pals—is the heart of the tune.



"Give It A Try" by Kam Corvet is about the feeling when someone previously reluctant to get into a relationsip, finds him or herself changing their mind. It's when a person realizes they had the wrong perception of what real relationships bring. It's also a take on real life events surrounding Kam's parents being pen pals and eloping after knowing each other for a month.
