The next chapter in my podcast series comes from the Italian DJ, producer and label owner Andrea Deplano, also known as @ness. 

Coming from Sardinia, Italy, Ness has become a respected figure in the electronic music scene, especially when talking about hypnotic techno. With a background in sound engineering, research, fine-tuning and over a decade of experience as a producer and DJ, Andrea has crafted a signature sound that influenced an entire generation in music. 

His productions and sets are typically defined as a wide range of exploration between hypnotic techno and ambient soundscapes. As of recently, the Italian producer decided to expand that scope even more, by creating the trance-influenced alias L-3P, under which he will be releasing music with a higher bpm, which only shows that he is constantly evolving and challenging his presence in music.

Next to playing around the globe, Ness has been running successfully his label The Gods Planet, which is a home to many established talents as well as newcomers with fresh ideas. The constantly evolving concept of the label unfolds fully in an in-depth article on the blog.

Instead of using extravertive elements, he enhances the overall experience through a wide-screen appeal, playing with spatial awareness through details and taking the audience on a journey into the all-or-nothing of sound. So far Claudio PRC has released on Prologue Music, Semantica Records and most recently Delsin Records. He is the founder of 012, a label andcurated night held in several places across Europe, where he focuses on collaborative work with connected producers and visual artists. Like in everything he does, a Claudio PRC DJ set is a meticulously sewn journey. This makes him a key protagonist in the emerging world of hypnotic techno, playing regularly at an international level at the most reputable festivals and clubs.

This month on PoleGroup radio we are going to listen to a mix from the "Non Series" boss "Psyk", he has recorded this mix in his home studio in Madrid using tracks from Dj Nobu, Edit Select, James Ruskin and Stanislav Tolkachev to name a few of them. 

Psyk has a new EP coming  up beginning 2020 on his NON series label called " Opal Lake ", 

And on the touring side he will play this Saturday on November 23 @ DGTL in Madrid and the week after, he will go for the first time to Australia where he will play in Melbourne. On New Years Eve we can find him playing gigs in Madrid and Berlin.
