Brooklyn-based, Donnchadh has been finely tuning his blends and picks in the esteemed lot radio booth alongside IT while also creating a new series of exciting parties called Twist across the borough. The series calls home to mood ring and other favoured local haunts with past additions welcoming artists such as sobolik , PF, yibing , so , and dj healthy. Bass heavy, breaks, and UKG adjacent sounds, sees the night tackle the intimacy of a venue with the intensity of a kick drum. The results most often, are a memorable affair!

Gag Reflex is like a dream. No, better, cause dreams aren't absolutely perfect and don't smell nice. So yeah, she's like... heaven personified! Hyper talented (like, hyper hyper); funny af, v v kind, extremely cute, brave.. the list goes on. this seattle bb works hard for her community, not only by being a lovely friend but also by throwing her transfeminist bloom nights and DJing like a hurricane of perfection for the benefit of the realest ravers and misfits. i've been lucky enough to hang out with her and some of her lovely crew in seattle and felt right at home with them. oh lawd i also smoked some weed there that knocked me out but Odessa was right my by side in the club while i snored with my mouth open, protecting me from outside threats lol! anyway - if you haven't yet, you should listen to her naivety EP 'The Fae' and her track on the naive comp cause you'll get an idea of how much of an incredible artist wer're talking about here (more things to come!). this naivetape is a prime example of why she is so good, mixing raucous rave inspiration with elegant techno, acid of the highest order, electro and some delicious club weirdness for good measure. i just.... i just wished we lived in the same city. but at least i'm lucky enough that we exist at the same time ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ that's my consolation prize.
