Actually I have no idea if this belongs to 2001 or 2002 or 2003!? but I can remember that we were high-school kids at that time with my brother and life-long-drummer Eray Demirsoy and wanted to have some fun. I can also remember that we were at Alper Ekiz's room in Kadiköy Anadolu High School's dormitories and used a lapel microphone for the recording of the vocals. I played the guitars through a Roland Jazz Chorus(playing punk music with this amp? really?) with the shittiest tone ever(had no idea back at that time). Cool Edit was the recording software and we had very little idea how to use it. Were great times, though. TRIVIA: it is one of the few songs that you can hear me sing, maybe the one and only. It is a duet btw. Eray and me. Punk up your ass!

A song from my beloved friends' band Sapan which I played for a while in 2010. We've played together in several concerts and Efes One Love festival before I moved to Berlin. Unfortunately I didn't have the chance/time to record with them. This song is one special song that I love and used to love playing with them, beautiful song writing + sound.

This is a very special edition of 'Gözyaşı Şişesi', remixed by Umut Gökçen some weeks after the release of Doublemoon's 'Türkiye'den Alternatif Sesler' compilation. 'Gözyaşı Şişesi' was the most fun song to play in our set, which we started playing in 2006 - it is one of the earliest Ars Longa songs - and this remix is one of my favourite remixes in my music library.

Kutu, 2010 - Recorded long before the album, in the pre-production phase where we were trying to understand what everybody is playing. Drums played by Arcan Akduman, Bass guitar by Yiğit Ertan (as in the album). This was a rough-mix or let's call it no-mix version of the song but still a DIY and a 'trial and error' attempt where we were trying to record ourselves in the studio for the first time as we were in charge of everything.

Coming from Istanbul, currently living & creating in Berlin.
