This is a curation collated of unpretentious party jams made for the floor.

Hot Creations' Hot Summer Jams compilation returns for its second annual instalment, keeping the party toasty as we head into the winter months.

Comprised of 8 tracks from artists both new and old, Hot Summer Jams 2 offers up names such as DT favourite Cera Alba, Coyu, Neil Parkes, MANIK and Hot Creations head honcho, Jamie Jones.

Our Debut Transmission today however comes from Alexis Raphael. This London-based DJ/producer signed his first track to Hot Waves back in 2011, and since then has gone on to score for the likes of Moda Black, Leftroom and MadTech. Alexis returns to Hot Creations now with a slice of insanity-inducing, floor-filling house, that delivers more than just a friendly nod to The Prodigy.

Having recently played an eight hour set to a sold-out crowd at London’s Oval Space, the prolific Dusky drop a trio of moody club tool tracks on 17 Steps as they continue their European Autumn/Winter tour.  

A club tool in the most effective sense, lead track ’Lydia’ is dark, nagging acid groover that builds and builds throughout its 6 hypnotic minutes. With all the melodic material based around the Lydian scale, ‘Lydia’ was originally inspired by a bizarre, trippy dream Alfie had in which everything was all based on the Lydian scale.

A homage to classic techno, ‘Bitter Lake’ is a hard-hitting surge of looping, percussive energy and Detroit-nodding rave stabs that build to a hoover-fuelled breakdown release. 

Rounding off the trio, the brilliantly titled and uniquely composed ‘Infinite Libido’ again explores Dusky’s more percussive tendencies and has been a regular feature in their DJ sets for the past year.

Canadian DJ/Producer Carlo Lio has released his 3-track EP, ‘Endless Grey’ on Davide Squillace’s famed label, This And That. Continuing on from his favoured ‘Technicolour Boogie’ EP, Carlo has maintained his relentless, hypnotic, techno groove with this release.

The EP kicks off with ‘A Beautiful Nightmare’. The track slowly builds into a mesmerizing piece of tech house. With a pulsating bassline and reverbed vocals sprinkled throughout the track, ‘A Beautiful Nightmare” gives a perfect introduction to the EP.

‘All Things Must Change’ brings another serving of Tech House. A gentle repeated piano melody fused with a strong bassline carries you through the track. A selection of warped and reverbed vocals gives the track a dark atmosphere.

Rounding off the EP, ‘Krypt Walka’ is filled with various percussion, high pitched synth notes and robotic vocals.

‘Endless Grey’ puts Carlo Lio’s signature style at the forefront. Waving the flag for Toronto, Carlo Lio is continuing to preach his beats gospel.

Next up on Emerald City German duo Raumakustik serve up a sonic trip for the senses via ‘Dem A Pree’ with northern talents Patrick Topping and Jey Kurmis onboard to dish out two killer remixes.  
 
Following the huge summer anthem ‘Raider’ which dropped on Hot Creations subsidiary Hot Trax last year, Volker & Seb aka Raumakustik have been gaining an army of fans with releases following on Toolroom, Suara and Formatik. This next release, ‘Dem A Pree’ is a heavy club weapon of the highest order, prompted by dynamic and powerful vocals. “Pree means sticking your nose into someone else’s business,’ they explain. ‘Patrick Topping and Jey Kurmis did just that with our track but in this case it’s a positive thing because their perspectives on sound and vocals made it complete.”
 
Since his first release on Hot Trax back in 2013, Patrick Topping has since become one of the biggest names in the business with an intense touring schedule, a string of successful releases and a prized residency at Jamie’s Paradise night at DC10. Here he spins his signature style into the original with an intoxicating bassline that will shake any dance floor. 
 
Rising star Jey Kurmis has been making a name for himself on labels such as Moon Harbour, VIVa Music and Wow! Recordings since his artist defining EP on Hot Creations last year. Stripping the original back he creates a solid, low slung roller with industrial stabs at the forefront.

Eskuche & Nu Sky  djs/producers of house & techno scene from New York City. In their music they skillfully combines contemporary sounds and his signature grooves, which form unique sound concept. Fat beats, growling bass lines, shamanic grooves and futuristic new school synthesizers are racing through their music.

Knowing each other from early 2000's and inspired by vibe of New York City they decide to put their innovative ideas and make a collaboration.

Started their music way with release on New York City's legendary label - Nervous Records. Then Eskuche and Nu Sky continues with their anticipated debut on Wally Lopez Spain's premier music group - Factomania with the release of 'Phunky Music'. Soon followed the release of "Detroit EP" on TLK Rec. / Talk Musique. This release got huge support in a short period of time! Deep House diva Maya Jane Coles took the "Detroit" in her famous 300 XLR Podcast and then it stayed for a while in her playlist during her residency at Richie Hawtin's "Enter" parties in Ibiza. 

The Next huge step in their carrier was support by italian techno ambassador Marco Carola. He supported their tracks 'Into It' in the Best Of 2013 Ibiza GLobal Radio and 'Pulse' was in his sets hammered all around the world.

Music, as a sense of their life, is born over and over again. Their stepped game to the next level with first vinyl release on Material. And in same moment their music was supported by get physical artist German Brigante and very soon two big EP's was released on his label - Series Music. 

In 2014 Eskuche & Nu Sky got a big support from Jamie Jones, Lee Foss and Russ Yallop and released their debut EP on Hot Creations - Acid Jump EP. Includes two bomb originals Acid Jump and The Future. They was approved by Jamie Jones on the dancefloors around the world. The main track quickly rised to n30 in beatport top 100. And release climbed to number 7. Release was hardly boosted by radio stations and played by a legendary Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1

The best is yet to come. A lot of brilliants coming soon, their track Ninety Nine signed to brand new label by Jamie Jones and Lee Foss - Emerald City with confirmed remix by world super star producer MK.  Also in schedule remix by Eskuche & Nu Sky for one of Crosstown Rebels stars - Russ Yallop. Will be released in the end of 2014 on ViVa Music. Guys didn't stop confirmed release with Serkal, Material and one more EP on Hot Creations in a middle of 2015.

In 2014 guys launched their own musical imprint - Gradus Records. Its a VINYL only label. First release was 4 tracks EP wax called The Journey, that was quickly sold and rised to n5 on BUZZ chart deejay.de. 2nd vinyl coming in December 2014 by one of the best Boston dj's Will Monotone and also include banger remix by Eskuche & Nu Sky. This promo quickly got big support and was hammered last summer at DC10 by Hot Creations crew.


Eskuche & Nu sky not only killer producers their also high professional djs, they can move crowd non stop all night long. Playing around NYC major clubs like Marquee, Cielo, Pacha NYC and being resident in legendary club Sullivan Room - Eskuche & Nu Sky quickly became well known Dj's in the city.
