There's no stopping for Buenos Aires' AGVA collective. After releasing a massive compilation 'ARENA02' last year (that even made it to Pitchfork with a favourable review), their catalogue continuously grows, filling itself with the best sounds from Argentina and beyond. The newest addition comes in a form of 'Sangre De Barrio', an EP produced by ROOi who - in an attempt to reflect his own life story - portrays the aggressive sound of a big city against an organic touch inspired by his time spent living in the mountains. The effects are captivating and result in a hybrid of genres which can be perfectly heard in 'Agite', his collaboration with fellow Argentinian artist jaijiu.
