The Apukuna Breath Medicine series of mixes is a gift in support of personal healing, transformation and growth. Our breath is the most readily accessible medicine available to us. There are many ways to work with our breath and this series is in support of your practice. These particular breath medicine journeys are inspired by my own practice that is most similar to Holotropic Breathwork. For me, the breathing is deeper, a little faster, only through the mouth and only through the chest. Many others can find great benefit through the nose or using the belly. Best advice... experiment and listen to your body. With love from the mountains.

I resisted releasing this set, because I held a lot of judgements about it. Over time those have melted away and a dear friend has reminded me to share my music and let it be.

SHARING THE VIBE 4th SPECIAL BIRTHDAY SET

A live mix recorded on New Year's Eve during sunset at Cosmic Convergence Festival on beautiful Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.  I hope this  mix captures the energy of the moment: starting with a small dance floor in the twilight of the evening, and then growing in to a full, pulsing dance floor as the sun set & darkness settled over the lake. Deep Ambient Cacao Journey dj set

This is our set from a festival we played In Bavaria, Southern Germany last summer called the Feta Morgana.  During our set it was completely raining but the dance floor was still packed, many people huddled under the tent dancing with us and then a full crew out in the rain and mud fully surrendered to the elements and loving it, it was a magical evening. A post-recorded mix on August 17 of my Ecstatic Dance set in Canggu, Bali. First curated for a July 28th dance organized by my friend Kaela at Villa Flora, this is my first DJ set in the wild.
