Hello everyone! Here is my concept for the final boss theme of Genshin Impact against Dainsleif, inspired by his dialogue in the Teyvat Chapter Preview trailer. Enjoy!

But if such a being defying the laws of this world were to meet an opposition Then such a fate will not be so easily untwined, as is the nature of he who holds the threads of fate, to become the decider of all absolution, of all that transpired and will occur again.

Deltarune x Xenoblade Chronicles | "MONADO BUSTER" (Definitive Edition)

Hey everyone! Here’s part 6 / 8 of my newest project I’m working on; a multi-phase theme for Il Dottore! The full theme will feature six tracks made to depict a conceptual boss battle sequence for The Doctor.

This theme plays during the second phase of the Immortal Homunculus, or the third phase of the full boss fight. This acts as the typical “phase 2” theme, similar to how the previous phase theme acted as the typical “phase 1” theme. As stated in part 5, the boss now has new mechanical upgrades and has been injected with elemental-juice, allowing it to now deal Dendro-type Elemental DMG. I imagine this phase would be centered around Dendro elemental reactions, allowing parties based around said reactions to better fight the boss. It would still be possible to beat without Dendro reactions, just like any weekly boss is possible to beat without exploiting its main mechanic, but using these reactions would simply make the boss fight easier.

I also imagine that in this phase, we would still keep a lot of the Physical DMG attacks from the previous phase, however we can give some of them new variants using Dendro DMG. I imagine this would be done through the boss’ claws glowing whenever the attack will deal elemental DMG. When this happens, there is a chance that a new status effect, “combust”, will be applied, causing the attack to cause an AoE explosion that deals major damage to the active character once the effect timer goes off. This will take much less time than the “Doom” status effect mentioned in my Columbina boss concept video, but it would work very similarly.

In the future, a conceptual video showcasing this concept in more detail will be made. I do not know when it will happen, but it will be sometime in the future. For this theme I tried to do something similar to what they did for Space Colony ARK and Kingdom Valley Act 1, where it's a drum and bass style cover of the song to keep it consistent with the official style. I had also noticed that Sunset Heights is the only Act 1 stage theme of the stages we have revealed right now that we haven't yet heard, so that's another reason I wanted to do this. Since the Sunset Heights Act 1 remix was revealed in the trailer literally the day after I uploaded my Act 1 remix, I wanted to try to do a take on Act 2. Red Gate Bridge from Forces is a song I really, really would like to see remixed in Shadow Generations, even though I know they’ll probably either go with Ghost Town or Park Avenue, or even another remix of Sunset Heights is a possibility I could see but I personally hope they go with this track.

Here I was inspired by Frontiers’ Cyberspace tracks, specifically Dropaholic and Exceed Mach, and I wanted to kinda translate Red Gate Bridge into some kind of melodic dubstep. I also went with dubstep because I feel that’s the genre associated with the Phantom Ruby, which can especially be heard in the boss theme remixes for Zavok and Metal Sonic in Forces, as well as Infinite’s themes.

Hey everyone! Here’s my first Minecraft remix on the channel! I actually had the idea to remix Creator for a while now. Minecraft is a game that I, like many, grew up playing, and in recent years this piece and Precipice have become two of my favorite Minecraft songs so I knew I had to tackle one of them.

A friend of mine told me this sounded a lot like the Living Tombstone, so after that I kinda felt like I had to just… Run with it. I think it turned out well. Hey everyone! Just in time for the Lantern Rite, here’s a track that took a long while to make as this is my first track that uses no MIDI guitar! I worked with my guitar teacher to make this track happen, and I absolutely love how it turned out. He did the leads, backing guitar is done by me so if it sounds amateur at all then please forgive me. It was really awesome getting to collaborate with someone and finally making a full song with my guitar. :)

In terms of the song itself I wanted to translate Liyue’s main theme into a Sonic-esque style. I mainly referenced Sonic Unleashed’s day stage songs and Sunset Heights, both the Sonic Forces and Shadow Generations versions (the snare drum is especially Sonic Forces Sunset Heights). These are two IPs that I love very much and that have helped me build my channel so getting to make a fusion of them was definitely a treat.

Either way, I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed making it! (Even if by now I was just ready to get it finished.)

Hey everyone! It’s been a little while. I apologize for the wait, but this week was my first week of college so I didn’t have as much time to finish this up as I would have liked, but I finally got to finish it!

When I first heard this song, my immediate thought was “this is the same riff I heard in the leaked boss theme”. My second thought was “I can turn this into a Sonic song”, so that’s what I did. I suppose this Genshin x Sonic music thing is going to become sort of a mini series on my channel in a way, so look forward to more of it because I enjoy making them. Maybe we’ll start doing some other game songs in the style of Sonic music, or maybe some Sonic music in the style of other games, who really knows? (Leave some ideas in the comments for the series, I’d really appreciate it!)

Here I attempted to make Blazing Heart using some stylistic choices from some of the most popular Sonic songs, specifically the earlier Crush 40 songs, especially Live and Learn and What I’m Made Of. Couldn’t get the guitar tone exactly right with what I had, so I just made it as similar as I could to Crush 40 (still an intermediate level guitar player, forgive me for mistakes). My idea when I was making this was to have a sort of Super Sonic + Mavuika team up versus Gosoythoth mimicking Dark Gaia or something along those lines. It’s not perfect, but I think that I did a pretty decent job here.

I didn’t exactly have anyone to sing this, so I used the original vocals of the song so there are some repeat versus. I did what I could! Either way, I hope you enjoy!

Aesthetically, this has always been my favorite area in Forces. I think it'd have been very cool to see it get the Generations makeover, and if I was going to choose a level to be added to it besides Sunset Heights, it'd be this one.

For this remix I really wanted to switch up some things a little bit by including more guitar than is in the original song, but still keeping it more EDM-focused. To change it even more, I changed the key and made the tempo a little bit faster. I think it turned out well.

Hey everyone, I'm back with the winner of my poll!

It's finally here! I've seen a lot of you requesting that I do one of these mixes for Mondstadt, and you guys blew it up on the poll so I knew I had to make it before moving onto other nations for... What I guess we're calling 'Sonic Impact' now.

Out of the three mixes I've done so far, this was definitely the most difficult one to figure out due to the fact that Mondstadt doesn't really have a 'main theme'. Yes, you could argue the Genshin main theme is Mondstadt's main theme given the prevalence of the leitmotif in its soundtrack, but I wanted to use more Mondstadt-exclusive themes in this so it ended up as kind of a hodgepodge of a bunch of them.

Other than that, the goal here was to make a proper 'first stage' theme in the same vein as something like Sonic Unleashed, Sonic Colors, or Sonic Lost World. Windy Hill from Lost World and especially Rooftop Run from Unleashed really inspired the vibe and tone for this particular mix.

Hey everyone! Sorry this one took longer to make, but it's finally here. Now I know Natlan is a nation that has a very mixed perception from the community, but I personally really liked it so this was fun to make.

Now clearly the most obvious thing to do here was to translate Natlan's main theme into a Sonic level theme, but it was definitely a lot more difficult than I thought it would be. The main Natlan motif is based off of the version of it heard in the Archon Quest-exclusive second phase theme for Gosoythoth in Natlan's finale, due to it being in the proper time signature. The rest of the song is based off of the original main theme song for the region.

Obviously this takes inspiration from Sonic Unleashed, more specifically Savannah Citadel and Mizuri's music since that and Natlan both have heavy African culture influences. It just felt right to take inspiration from that stage to make this.

Also, I got a new guitar, so I wanted to try it out here. Let me know what you guys think! Anyways, that's all there is to say here, so enjoy!

Hey everyone! I'm back with my last place poll winner, an original fan theme this time: a conceptual final dungeon theme for a hypothetical Xenoblade Chronicles 4!

The themes for Mechonis Field, The World Tree, and Origin are some of my favorite tracks from the Xenoblade series so I wanted to do an original take on an equivalent track for Xenoblade 4 that does them justice. This track of course takes heavy inspiration from the aforementioned themes, but also some inspiration from Xenoblade Chronicles X. I also just like getting the opportunity to make something more atmospheric for a change, it was fun.

Now what exactly is my concept for this area? Well, the 'LOTUS' is effectively a giant orbital strike cannon akin to the Space Colony ARK from Sonic Adventure 2. I imagine that during a pivotal moment in 4's story, the LOTUS will fire at and destroy a location within the game's world that was important to the main cast or their progression in some way. You wouldn't enter it until the ending of the game, however. 

Before the weapon fires, it charges a buttload of Ether by mechanical panels that are on top of the structure which resemble the petal of a lotus flower that "bloom" when the weapon is charging, which is where it gets its name. One small tidbit I imagine is for this to also be a slightly Japanese-inspired area while also being sci-fi focused.

For those of you who are on my Discord, you'll know I stated that I'm into creative writing as well. Well, one of my concepts is for a hypothetical Xenoblade Chronicles 4 including this area. Maybe we'll explore that concept more further down the line, who knows?

Hey everyone! Here's yet another Shadow Generations remix; this time for Kronos Island!

I kind of wanted to go for the same concept behind the Chaos Island remix for this one, where it's a remix of the island theme in the style of a Cyberspace track, however I wanted this one to be more toned down and subtle compared to Chaos Island's well... Chaotic vibe.

In that sense, I thought I could focus more on drum and bass here rather than dubstep. Sure there are still some dubstep segments in this, but I wanted it to be more focused on the drum and bass aspect. It's also a bit more mellowed out at the start and gets more dramatic near the end, which I think fits the progression of each island's movement themes as well.

I wanted to do what Generations usually does and get a bit more creative with the 2D act theme, so that's what I did here. In the same vein as Shadow Generations, the Act 2 theme is more EDM-ified than the Act 1. This mostly takes inspiration from Kingdom Valley and Chaos Island's Act 2 themes, but I kind of just went with my usual EDM dubstep style here as well.

I've gotten a lot of requests to do a Sonic Riders remix, and I remember seeing a request for this one specifically (though I admit I don't remember from whom specifically) so this is the one I decided to do. I've never played Sonic Riders myself, so I don't know much about it personally, but this was a fun remix to do.

I feel like if a Sonic Riders level was in Shadow Generations, it'd probably be a Doom Surf level because I feel that's the closest Doom Power to the Extreme Gear.

Hey everyone! I’m back with a redux of one of my older but more popular videos: my fanmade Columbina weekly boss theme!

I’ve been planning to remaster this for a while now honestly, but when I saw Columbina revealed to not only be in Nod-Krai, but possibly central to it’s plotline in the new animated teaser I knew now was the time to do it. I attempted to make this sound like it could actually be a song from Genshin Impact, but with my limitation to digital instruments for orchestration (and a lack of access to a real choir or vocalist), it makes it difficult to perfectly match Genshin’s musical style. I admit I listened to a lot of songs from the game while making this remaster, mostly other Fatui Harbinger’s themes, in order to try and perfect the style.

Now for the actual concept for the fight this time… I don’t really have one. Well, I mean I don’t really have a full one. I have some scattered ideas, like Columbina possibly powering/becoming the Fatui’s ‘false moon’ which is why they needed to find her or something like that, hence the title of the intermediate cutscene theme, but that’s about it. In my original concept, when I made this back before Natlan’s release, I had the idea that Columbina would be somehow related to the Crimson Moon/Ronova (without even knowing Ronova was going to be playing a big role in Naltan’s plot) and that Natlan would go back to the typical “Fatui bad” plots that we had been getting before Fontaine, but I understand the decision they chose with the Fatui in Natlan and personally didn’t dislike it. But with Nod-Krai seemingly focusing on the Fatui as a more antagonistic force again, I could see Columbina being the final boss of its Archon Quest more than I could see it for Natlan’s. But this time, I’d like to hear you guys’ ideas for this potential weekly boss fight.

I know some may see this as a departure from my usual modern content, but I’ve been wanting to get back into doing Genshin Impact stuff like this for a while since I personally find it fun to do. Other stuff, such as the ever-so-popular Sonic remixes and mashups, will still come of course. But I’d also like to do some more content like this so that I don’t start feeling bored of doing the same thing every time I make a new track.

Anyways, that’s about all there is to say on this. Apologies for the long wait. I know I say this every time, but I always like to be transparent with you guys and college is yet again getting in the way of me uploading consistently (mostly because finals week is next week for me). It’s not terrible, but it’s enough to where the algorithm is kind of kicking my butt right now. Though this time it was partially my fault, since I could have waited to make this until after I had finished the Xenoblade Chronicles 4 conceptual final boss theme featured on the last poll (I’m still working on that btw) but that trailer coming out really made me want to tackle this now. Hey everyone! Here's a follow-up to my previous Xenoblade song; the final boss theme for my hypothetical Xenoblade Chronicles 4 concept!

This was a difficult song to make. I knew from the start that I wanted it to be connected to the Lotus, but I wasn't sure whether to lean more into the Zanza style or the Aion/Z style for the song, so I decided to attempt to combine them into one with this.

As for the concept for the fight itself, I imagine that you'd fight this boss (probably the true villain of the game) on top of the Lotus from the previous Xenoblade 4 video (go read the description of that if you haven't) as it is about to fire, hence the title of the song. Now I know this had a different title on the poll I did, but I ended up not liking that title and decided to change it.
