Having been a long-time fan of Porter’s work, this particular song really resonated with me as an artist struggling to simultaneously overcome depression and writer’s block. Having reimagined the track as a retro-synth anthem with a new palette of sounds, I’m excited to share this cover with you all.

Sad Machine is one of my favorite songs on "Worlds". I fell in love with the vocaloid vocals the first time I heard it, and thought it would be interesting to hear how it would sound with a real voice.
