UR invited on the tour of two farfadets, travelling through france with a truck filled of music boxes ( isnt that a nice way to say subwoofers lol? )
U will hear their odyssey on the road with its share of twists and turns,  some silly jokes that we will blame exhaustion for, drunkard songs from recalcitrants merrymakers, snippets of conversations held on the way, captured ambiances, spleeny moods, joyfull ones... As usual, collaged with goodyyyy tunes that speaks so well the emotions words couldn't tell, as well as tracks found on the road, picked up here and there, which accompanied our journey...

Acidic Male

Working as a visual artist and writer, Puck Schot once felt the need to express a more masculine voice within her poetry. Curious about electronic music, she started making experiments around 2019 with the Korg MS-20, poetry on violence and distorted drum samples as Acidic Male. In that same year, she started collaborating with RJM Vanderheyden as 'Vot'ress' as well, combining harsh noise with nature sounds and Shakespearean texts. Since then, she had a high interest in industrial sounds, hypnotic drum patterns and experimental vocals. Having her performer name as a revenge title, she searches to “other” herself into the position of a manipulator, perpetrating the listener through the duality of softness and harshness within violent sounds and poetry. Yet, typically what is left is merely a penetration of herself as the subject, exposing her confessions, memories and hauntology. She is simply ripping in two, in front of an audience.

Galactic Funk co-founder Bertram lands on Dead Channel with his debut EP Kibra Cadena. Literally translated as ‘break chains’ in Aruban creole, and broadly referencing the breaking of colonial chains of imperial oppression, this six track EP of tense, brooding rhythms is driven and gritty. Spanning mutated psychedelic dub, Giallo-tinged cinematix, frenzied insidious acid, and methodically churning crispers, this stunning work is singular in its execution and focused in its vision. Visceral, heady, and relentless, this dark, genre-defying gem is a tour de force in sonic mastery.
