Landing at home after a sparkling fusion weekend I checked my fusion set recording and had to find out that I fucked up the mic input gains of my recorder and got a pretty clipping disaster. In this burning afternoon sun it was impossible to see led lights of any machine on stage… a bad combination with being a stupid little nervous trumpet..... After receiving many messages asking for the set I really felt pain in my monkey ass. Luckily my laptop recorded the internal sound, so I tried to reconstruct and recorded missing puzzles today. In the end it worked. So here it is: my sweaty saturday sonnendeck cruise! ♥️

Folktrónica de Latinoamérica y más. El Buho, Rodrigo Gallardo, Nicola Cruz, ¡y más! Este fue mi segundo intento de mezclar la Música Folktrónica y la poesía de Eduardo Galleano. Estoy contento con la forma en que resultó, ya que estaba tratando de capturar los sonidos de la América Latina indígena. Estas mezclas toman mucho tiempo para crear. Lleva mucho tiempo encontrar la música adecuada, mezclarla y editar los videos. Toda la música de estos artistas es simplemente mágica y quiero compartirla con el mundo. 

Folktronica from Latin America and more. El Buho, Rodrigo Gallardo, Nicola Cruz, and more! This was my second attempt trying to mix Folktronica Music and poetry from Eduardo Galleano.  I am happy with the way it turned out as I was trying to capture the sounds of indigenous Latin America. These mixes take a lot of time to create. It takes a long time to find the right music, mix it together, and edit the videos. All the music from these artists is simply magical and i want to share it with the world.

 I ran into Valentin at HARD Day of The Dead, he was visiting LA and mentioned to me that he would be back in town for a while hanging. So we made some plans to mess around in the studio, no huge expectations or anything, but an opportunity to mess around with some beats! I think that our personalities and our curiosity for each others process made all of this a really natural feeling collaboration. We spent a lot of time working but we also ended up taking breaks here and there to show each other techniques, listen to music etc.. It really was a perfect example of the way I love to work on collaborative projects and am really proud of what we came up with for this!
This is off my remix album ALT CLASSIC that drops on Friday, May 13th.
