my papa need ride tomorrow, n said don't go out of your way

and coulda sworn there was a house across the way.

of what you need, while on this earth

i helped get in my car, and time got slow
pointing around the city,  cruising down rainbow
i asked questions about the past, the sun grew bright
papa told more about his life, 
after a long drive with memories, I got him back home,
and I walked him up to his porch
said I love you papa, n he closed door
God must've known I needed to see ya once more.
