My new track “BABY BLU” is all about loyalty, love, and pushing through whatever life throws at you. It’s intimate, it’s real, and the whole “push through / baby blue” idea gives it this soft but powerful vibe that sticks with you.

The hook hits heavy — simple, catchy, and easy to feel. That back-and-forth energy (“this on me / this on you”) makes it personal, almost like a conversation you’ve had before.

I kept the writing smooth and poetic, but still conversational. Slid in some basketball metaphors too — “spin move,” “crossover,” “pump fake” — little moments of swagger mixed with emotion. The rawness gives it that freestyle edge.

Sonically, it sits right in that R&B / melodic rap lane — think late-night drives, love & hustle energy. This track could slide into the same playlists as Bryson Tiller, 6LACK, Don Toliver, and that whole mood-heavy wave.
Repetition was intentional — easy to sing, easy to remember, easy to feel.
