The cascading and flowing intro leads into a tantalizing build-up. The introduction of chanting, soaring vocals guides the listener into the signature catchy synth riff. As the listener is full of joy, an explosion of that riff collides with a powerful kick drum. This results in a beautifully mixed, euphoric trance track that provides a serious dose of the feels. To the trained ear, it screams mini-anthem, but we’re not putting this delightful track in a box. Upbeat and generating happiness from the first intro, ‘Light Years’ is truly an achievement for the Israeli-born DJ.

Through all his successes, he remains humble and genuine, as evidenced by his quirky social media posts. Having struck major chords with ‘Juno‘ and ‘Just Listen‘ earlier this year, he continues his run of good form.

One of two collaborations from Andrew Bayer on Above & Beyond’s Anjunabeats Volume 15 album (the second being ‘The Test’ with Genix), ‘The Launch’ is not the first time Bayer and Cosmic Gate have crossed paths. Debuted in Prague last October, ‘Diving Out Of Love’ is the final single to be released in full from Above & Beyond’s Group Therapy 350 celebrations. Following ‘Reverie’, ‘I Saw Good’, ‘Jam’ and the Club Mix of ‘Bittersweet & Blue’, ‘Diving Out Of Love’ is the final piece of the puzzle, with Jono Grant from Above & Beyond on vocals once again. He last sang on 2018’s ‘Is It Love?’, from the band’s Billboard #3 album ‘Common Ground’.

Receiving a final polish during lockdown earlier this year, ‘Diving Out Of Love’ was a centerpiece track on the trio’s Anjunabeats Volume 15 compilation. A record that presented many challenges in the studio, it’s a helter-skelter ride through several styles of trance.

Sodality are no strangers to the Statement! Imprint. In the last few years, the Polish power duo brought us tunes like Nazca, Challenger and remixes for 'Gold' by Ruben de Ronde with Roxanne Emery and their might rework of Rodg and Ruben's 'Whoop'.

For this release they have teamed up with fellow Polish DJ and Producer onTune. Not only is this one of the talents on the rise in the global trance scene, he is also the mastermind behind the festivals Euforia and Tranceformations. Recent other team ups were with Indecent Noise, Davey Asprey and Jordan Suckley. 

The result is 'Be Away', a powerful progressive trance track, that has already found its' way to the majestic compilation 'A State of Trance Ibiza 2020', mixed by Armin van Buuren.
