Electro + Glam-Rock = Electro-Metal? – This rock-sound, which evokes a feeling of pity and compassion, has already made its way into current dancefloor-productions. The EP Sweet Anarchy by Give Me a Kiss is a rare blend of 80ies rock attitude and dirty Electro-House which is characterized by its homogeneity. The three tracks on the EP play with different ideas. By mixing various influences, they create an accented and smart sound using a powerful bass. 
The members of Give Me a Kiss are from the French cities Tours and Paris. The three multimedia artists like to support their live-sets with elaborate video-projections. Thus it’s not surprising that they plan to produce or have already made video clips for all tracks on Sweet Anarchy. Give Me a Kiss has been successful and received lots of positive reviews in the music blog-scene so far. However, after having already produced some remixes Sweet Anarchy is their first proper release.

"Everyone With Us" was a big hit on the dancefloors last summer and found its way to the setlists of many international DJs. With this remix EP the track is now ready for the winter season.
The remix by Hungarian underground stars Tits &amp; Clits works alongside the inherent house character of the original track. With powerful synth sounds they've added some unique accents.
Kisbeat!&amp;Chemical from Italy deliver a remix with pounding bass and a distorted hookline.
Viennese We Are Prostitutez bring in rave-synths and a heavy load of dirt. This way they remix "Everyone With Us" to their kind of a dancefloor banger.
And with the most complex and playful version DRCT from Vienna adds some more aspects and completes this varied EP.

Ain’t no stopping the Riot! Viennese producers and party promoters/animals Pola-Riot are back with another massive dancefloor smasher. Following the acclaimed What What EP, their bouncy and cheerful new track Brazza (released on Etage Noir Special) is surely destined to make audiences freak out big time.

Being named after an (in)famous Italian explorer Brazza is keeping up Pola-Riot’s emphasis on high-energy production work while at the same time infusing some of that techno-noirish flair the duo integrated in its last year‘s remixes for Mustard Pimp and Valerna.

The complete package comes with two remarkable reworks. Austrian fellowmen A.G.Trio amp up the original by giving it the big room treatment: prog rave par excellence! On the other hand much lauded French shooting star The Deficient is spicing it up with some tropical snare flavor – big banger alarm!

With their single „Countably Infinite“ A.G.Trio pre-announce their upcoming album „Action“ (out in May on Etage Noir Special).  For „Countably Infinite“ the singer of the Austrian alternative band Francis International Airport, Markus Zahradnicek, joins the trio and adds his distinctive vocals to the deep melodic backtrack. The result is an atmospheric electro pop song with a catchy hook line and big potential for radio airplay. 
After releasing some strictly dancefloor oriented EPs and Remixes, „Countably Infinite“ is the A.G.Trio´s return to their pop-influenced roots, preparing a balanced album with all aspects of their work.

The single release is complemented by three remixes. Up &amp; coming futuretechno producer Dunjinz from Ohio keeps the laidback mood of the track but strips it down to its bones. Fast Feet from vienna – a new project by the producers Mozza and DRCT - transforms the track to a pushing U.K. style monster. And Abby Lee Tee from Linz reinvents the track by extracting its pure soul and reassembling an emotional electronica composition.

With the „Cybatown (Remixes)“ EP the Austrian label Etage Noir Spe- cial presents an interesting crossover project somewhere at the vague borders between pop, hip hop and dance music.
The Upper-Autrian producer duo Murphy & Fin Law ́s project Orchestra Psychodelia can best be described as the reinterpretation of hip hop patterns in experimental pop music. Their knowledge and skills from numerous other projects and productions are foundation for a recon- struction of accustomed structures and practices in pop music. The whole project is complemented by an elaborate conceptual design and based upon the concepts of anonymity and replaceability.
The track „Cybatown“ was originally released free as part of the EP „Unleash The Music“ in 2011. After the A.G.Trio ́s Andy Korg disco- vered the track he soon instigated this remix EP on Etage Noir Special and also invited the befriended producer Just Banks to join the project. Both remixes show the clear hand writing of their respecitve remixers and fit perfectly into the underlying concept of reconstruction and rein- terpretation. The A.G.Trio goes – as usual – for a straight dancefloor banger with pop attitude. Just Banks works with deep bass and break- beats, this way he reveals new aspects of the hip hop influence in the original track.

Etage Noir Special is a label for electronic music based in Vienna, Austria. It was originally founded in 2007 as a sublabel of the house and grooves label Etage Noir Recordings and is now run as an independent label.
