Very excited to welcome Sleep Exchange to Eudaemonia with a soulful and expertly put together blend for your body, mind and spirit to get lost and then found to. Filled with surprising pockets and alluring moods glued together with a profound sense of timing and feel. 

Sleep Exchange is the moniker of Mulubinba-based deejay, producer and founder of Geotherapy, Nic Eldred. 

An incredibly unique ear for crowd movement and individuality has made Sleep Exchange a common name amongst the steel city’s finest, performing for 404, Palace, Dekonstructed, Chikara, Higher Ground, Shenanigans, Unison, X-Rhythm, LAN, Daydreaming and Cooked Memories to name a few. Nic has also shared stages with OK EG, Assembler Code and X Club, as well as being the sole support for Spray & Sally C. 

Sleep Exchange is known for expertly fusing deep, organic bush sounds with hypnotic & percussive body music, creating unique atmospheres by extracting raw energy from his crowds. He also enjoys exploring the scarier side of movement, effortlessly blending dark rollers with dub, idm, halfstep and psy-tinged d&b.

This unique ear is also displayed throughout his productions. Sleep Exchange has recently released a progressive, percussive drum workout on a hot UK compilation with CommaTraxx. Nic also has a plethora of future releases lined up with DMO, Unison, General Merchant and Inner Theft, as well his debut four-tracker with Backpocket Slammers in the middle of this year.

He also runs a mix series & events platform Geotherapy that showcases left-field frequencies within his local scene, with a focus on hardware and hybrid performances.

So grateful for the opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and do something a little more introspective than some of my previous mixes. Put my heart into this one and managed to highlight some of my favorite sounds I wouldn’t normally have the chance to play.

A few classical piano notes open up @olgica-peri’s mixtape, bringing in an abstraction of strings, arps and synths ready to twist your body joints over broken and glitchy dance moves. Originally from Serbia, she’s now based in Graz, digging an eclectic range of uk bass, percussive techno and crossbreed idm. With an event series scouring for local talents and spaces where to throw parties, the balkan-beat selector took part at 15 years celebration of Munich's @ilian-tape in PRST club alongside @stennyyy and Zenker Brothers.
