Inspired by Chappell's upcoming move away from his hometown of San Diego to the Pacific Northwest, as well as the departure of the second half of the group, Chanlar ~ this song captures the bittersweet beauty of change, evolution, and the contrast of a lifetime of memories mixed with an uncertain future. With these changes, Chappell felt it was time to rebrand under the new name "First Person", and SVNSET WAVES is so excited to continue on this journey together.
