Freshly Psyched Out is the first song I created after a massive change and understanding in my life that was ignited from psychedelic therapy. One of the things it showed me was that music was always one of my passions, and that music is one of the ways I can express myself. Some of the other things I learned are mentioned in the song, but that was a big one for me.

I started creating it in December maybe, 2021. I had it finished for a while but I wasn't sure if people would like it or what I should even do with it. Originally I wanted to make an album and release them all at once, but by doing that I was holding this information back from the world, and maybe someone needs to hear this song now and not later. Maybe it just resonates. Maybe this song is the singular thing that will open someone up to their next chapter, make they come to a realization, or lead them to their next release. Or maybe not, but what's important is that this is out there available for anyone to listen to when they need to hear it. Release your creative passion to the world.
