Razor Laser

Tried something different this time. Spent a few hours and came up with a solid "chorus". Then after I had everything how I liked, moved it to the back and built a song around it. And what a song! I have never made anything this straight up electronic ever. Especially towards the end, I drew a lot of inspiration from TheFatRat. I really love his clean simple mixes, definitely going to make more like this. Hope you enjoy!

Mountain King

Kinda nice to get back into the more natural instruments. Not really any melody that can be followed, but does have a nice sound. As always working on my mixing and mastering, still lacking all the "energy" it could have. Anyway, as always, hope you enjoy!

Aspen

This song started as an experiment, I would consider it a success! I made every single one of the synth presets myself, and 100% in Dune 2 no less. I think the next big part of my music I need to focus on is my drums, they are passable but lack any sort of character. Anyway, hope you enjoy as always! Its again straight trance but I like this one much better than my first. Thanks for listening!

Morning Road

Just piano and strings. After getting my copy of the beautiful CineStrings pack I had to make something to show it off! Really quite proud of my first orchestral piece. I didn't use too many different articulations, and am of course still completely new to working with strings dynamics. But in the end, I think this piece came out wonderfully! Serene

As always, this song started with that first sound. Was playing around with LFOs and was super happy with it. Kinda grew on from there! Somewhat jumps around genres for sure, but I think it stays cohesive. This one combines the knowledge I have of Dune 2 so far, as well as CineStrings and my EQ skills. Butterfly Rocketship

  Wow! I think I know this genre enough to know I am not a professional yet but I can catch whispers of something greater XD. This was a lot of fun to make, and honestly I probably spent as much time after all the fun "musical" stuff working on small EQ automation changes and trying to figure out mixing. And vocals! Not too sure of the exact filter effect I used, but ill keep experiencing. 

  I suppose if you are still reading this far I should say why there hasn't been anything up here in 11 (dang) months. Its mainly because of a slew of contests I got tangled up in! Third quarter 2017 it was NGAD, and lately Chips Compo (https://www.chipscompo.com/user/ethansight). Been having a good time there, only problem is a song with a deadline of a week I don't feel has all the shine it needs for a full release. I might revisit some of them sometime (Like this one!)

Lots of little details in this one - all about flying through the wormhole in your space car!

Just about all the presets are my own made in Dune 2 and Serum, and as always strings are the beautiful Cinesamples. My plan of DnB kinda turned into jass, but its a lot of fun! Hope you enjoy!

Wormhole Express

Just... wow. For sure the biggest project I have ever done, I started this in November and finally finished in the end of January. Admittedly a big chunk of time was waiting for the vocals, but it was totally worth it. I want to thank KNmac so so much for letting me use his amazing voice, the song wouldn't be the same. I did all of the music, and lyrics/melody to begin with, and KN edited it somewhat to flow better and rhyme. If you weren't able to catch it - this song is dedicated to the princess of the night.

Whew I am done! I pulled double time to try and get this in early so there might be a chance that Sim might listen to this... Anyway - how about that audio splicing?!
