Lost In Ether | Origin Series | Tha Noota

BIO:
Tha Noota started her dj path during the pandemic in 2020. Her purpose was just to listen to her favourite music on a different level and to be able to create her own mixes. After 2 months of learning she got a chance to play in a local club in Olsztyn, where she is based. Since then she plays regularly in her hometown as well as in other polish cities, practicing her skills and widening selection. She's especially bonded with dub techno but she explores deep/hypnotic techno, ambient and house music too. Besides djing she's also actively involved in creating local electronic music scene, organising parties known as Feed Your Soul Events (https://www.facebook.com/feedyoursoulevents). Her aim is to bring less popular music genres, like ambient or experimental, to the small city of Olsztyn.
In the mix for Lost in Ether she tried to combine deep techno tunes in a story that is intended to slowly warm up the listener and encourage him to move.

En nuestra segunda entrega presentamos a Andrea Zapata con una selección de finas piezas de arte sonoro para Ethereal Selections.

Nacida en Tacna y criada en Lima, Perú, Andrea Zapata es un talento emergente de Perú que rápidamente se está haciendo un nombre en la escena de la música electrónica. Ha estado tocando en diferentes ciudades del Perú como Lima, Cusco, Máncora, Arequipa, por mencionar algunas.

Para ella, la música es una forma de expresión y encuentra inspiración en sus sentimientos, en la vida cotidiana y en la naturaleza. Ella cree que la conexión creada entre el oyente y cada sesión es un proceso único que puede llevarlo a sanar sus emociones, mente y alma. Ella sabe que hay personas que asisten a fiestas solo por diversión, pero también hay otras que buscan sanación espiritual a través de la música. En sus actuaciones busca equilibrar ambos conceptos y llevar a todos los oyentes en un solo viaje.

Le apasionan los sonidos profundos e hipnóticos del techno y sus subgéneros experimentales que siempre parecen ofrecer un viaje trascendental con una atmósfera inmersiva que sumerge al público en la misma frecuencia.

"Turkish producer, born in 1995. Adopting a style that prioritizes production rather than djing in his music career, preferring hypnotic techno in both. 
He mostly prefers to add pieces with sharp sounds to the sets. 
The beginning and the end of the sets are progressing in a slow process. 
It provides compatibility in the story in this set.
In the pieces, on the other hand, he plays with the frequency of the sounds and tries to catch the sounds that are random but appealing to aliens.
 In the past, he has released EPs and LPs from different record companies such as Oxytech, Diffuse Reality, Basse-Cour to find his style. 
For the past two years he has found his own sound in hypnotic techno. 
He has EPs to be released in the future at Diffuse Reality, Liminal Space, Ancestral Process and Granular Spectrum.

De la ciudad de Pereira-Colombia actualmente reside en Madrid capital, madurando un poco su trayectoria musical con sonidos hipnoticos y profundos sin dejar a un lado lo que siempre lo caracteriza como la versatilidad para mezclar diferentes tipos de electrónica y hacer un ambiente agradable para la pista de baile, sus influencias mas marcadas son el Groove y el Deep con artistas como Claudio PRC, Luigi Tozzi, Deepbass, Konddoku, A. Brehme, Polygonia, Doctrina Natura, Laima Adelaide, Zemog, Rene Wise y entre otros muchos mas que marcan el sonido contundente de sus pistas.

Sam Wilson's first ambient endeavor on Lucid Dream Records is an emotional voyage through atmospheric dimensions. The sonic palette meticulously painted by this Chilean ambient & techno artist evokes the sensation of diving headlong into an undiscovered ocean of sound. Sam's sonic brush strokes create a tapestry where frequencies ripple like liquid dreams.

In this beautiful expedition, Sam conjures audible phantoms that oscillate between the celestial and the terrestrial, orchestrating a ballet of frequencies. Each track is a portal, not to a distant landscape, but to the inner sanctum of the listener's consciousness. The album is a synesthetic journey, where echoes of the cosmos and time itself become a malleable substance.
