KIrTaN is a versatile and innovative DJ in the PsyTrance scene. From a young age, he cultivated a deep connection with music, attending classical studies and learning to play various instruments. This solid musical foundation laid the groundwork for his future career in the world of electronic music.

As he grew up, KIrTaN discovered electronic music and immediately found a strong bond with it. Initially, he honed his mixing skills using vinyl, developing a technical mastery that set him apart in the field. After years of participating as an enthusiast at events, he decided to take the plunge as a DJ, eager to express what he had learned and create sets that would evoke strong emotions and harmony.

KIrTaN is known for his vibrant and hypnotic sets, where he skillfully blends elements of Dark-Prog, Psytrance, Dark & Forest, Hi-Tech, and Experimental. His ability to transport the audience on an unprecedented musical journey makes him a unique artist in his genre.

06.Hypnospores vs Wild Monkey - five rites -150 Bpm V/A ICEN MEMORY

My new track which I am currently most proud of. WimpAmp Master coming soon! This track is the first one which I think is actually really really decent and I think I used most of my potential and experience which I was able to acquire and accumulate knowledgewise in the last few months since my start of producing music in April this year.
I tried to make something I would like to listen to and to play myself as a DJ to a crowd with having a sort of NightPsy/Twilight mixed track with a few darker elements and a conversation about Psytrance from the perspective of a PsyMafia Dealer from New Yorks 1920´s during prohibition. So I wrote some lines this person could say during an interview and made a voice over with ElevenLabs and built my track around this. The leads were made in Vital and the track was built in Bitwig.

[EP-MIX] Psychic Reptiles - The incredible machine

With humanity cycling through its same old and tired patterns of fear and control. I believe those of us that care about leaving a sustainable and and ultimately enjoyable and inclusive paradigm for future generations of humans to experience, will (with enough care and creativity) be able to harness the tools of our ever complexifying technological landscape to help aid us in a big way in achieving that ultimate goal, where decisions are made considering all life as sacred and good times are had when were all experiencing abundance, not just a few of us.  A Utopia could be coming.

Hashashin is the night psytrance-twilight-forestish project of Belgium based producer Quentin Van Houtte.
Drummer first, he explored a large scale of grooves with different bands: from Metal to Reggae including Jazz and Hip Hop. But he got violently contaminated by the virus of electronic music in 2004. Little by little then, he began to build a home studio and to focus all his energy on music production. After a while, he started to develop a true passion for djing also, which never disappeared.
The first dj set he played was in 2009, and the first live set in 2010. Since then, Hashashin has been blasting all kind of imaginable dancefloor: forest, club, squat, beach, church, jungle, boat, castle, mountain, resort or bunker and shared the stage with all of his favorite artists worldwide. Delivering both twisted live and dj sets around.
He joined the Belgian team « Elektro Magnetik » in 2009, signed on « Green Tree Records » later in 2013, « High Frequencies » in 2016, and freshly with « World People Production » in 2017.
Hashashin’s music is between 146 and 150 bpm, provides strong and groovy basslines, tribal hypnotic percussions, twisted organic synth textures and funny samples. It uses to turn dancefloors into a powerful and positive energy explosion.
