BIO:

Ovid is a Brooklyn-based dance music producer and DJ. Originally from the Northern Virginia/Washington, D.C. area, Ovid has been making music in one form or another since he was 10 years old, with the turn towards dance music production happening in the past 10 or so years. Most recently, Ovid delivered his second release for Irish Hard Drum label Flood, the Stone Coaster EP, which led to him making his way across the Atlantic for a small string of shows across the UK and Ireland this past spring.

Though his productions mostly center around the Hard Drum sound, he tends to use DJing as a way to showcase the wider range of his musical interests and tastes flung far across the bpm spectrum. Expect anything from Reggaeton, Hyperpop, Garage, Jungle, club edits of early 00's emo music, and more to pop up in any given set of his.
