Der gebürtge Berliner Manuel Winkler ist als Superstrobe nicht mehr aus der Techno Szene wegzudenken.Er ist gelernter Sounddesigner, Musikproduzent und bereits seit Mite der 90er als DJ tätg.Superstrobe wurde im Sommer 2007 als Duo gegründet und seit 2012 von Manuel als Solokünstlerfortgeführt. Die erste Produkton für Phobiq war ein Remix für Thomas Evans Album Track "GlassySession". Im Juli 2018 startete er dort mit seiner "Glitch EP" durch.
