My first attempt using SNES sounds.  I found rips of the samples  used in various games (SMW, MMX, etc) and had to manually tune them and create loop points in Fruity Loops.  It was a fun challenge!

Big thanks to Michael Allen for making one of the best chip albums this year. It was a lot of fun making this track! 

Best listened to with headphones because Michael is a stereo sound wizard.

Yet another sleepless night -_-' I did have incredibly fun covering this track though. It's been one of My all time favourites for a long time now. Yasui is a true genius!

I want to thank "+tek" for making an excellent FTM rendition of the tune which was the foundation for my version, super helpful!

I used some SNES soundfonts and samples I made from My Yamaha PSR-280. Tried to go for a SNES styled version but I think I over did the production a tad to much, oops...

Once upon a time there was a peaceful and numb world, it was all so boring... until the invasion began. The Blast Processor may have made some bullet holes, but it also made that world wake up.

This album is my repay for a lot of things and people I met in my life and made my mindset what it is now (a mess of beautiful gamey musicy stuff). Starting from my Genesis console when I was a kid, the games I played then, the people that I met who shared the love for that console and that sound the people that introduced me to the pure YM2612 music creation, the people that made me love and make chiptunes and the people that makes the tools so that we arttists can burst out all that love into music.

This version includes remixes by my awesome friends Jredd and swerdmurd!

You'll also find a ROM that you can load into your favorite Genesis/MegaDrive emulator (I recommend KFusion) or in a flash cartridge to play it in real hardware!
