Ethos is the brainchild of age-old friends Frank Farrell, Steve Ricketts and Matt Birkett. Having plugged away in the underground scenes for over a decade, their love for festivities simply got the better of them! What was supposed to be a normal studio jam session, turned into a yuletide outburst!

Through a close friend of Frank's, Andy Whitby, Jules Porter was introduced to the party as a topline songwriter and the magic materialised! Jules also introduced her niece Caitlin to the party, who provided the additional glitz to the battalion.

Last but not least, comes Hayley Colleen, a long-term friend, who previously performed as part of a live show with Steve. Her joyous personality and cheeky tone fitted the festive bill to a tee, so was hoisted in to deliver a slice of seasonal sing song.
