He is part of a new generation of artists, committed to the development and furthering of house music as both a culture and an artistic expression. His past releases have included a few highlights before reaching Percebes's catalogue, namely as a fellow artist for Tomorrow Is Now, Kid! - the Amsterdam based label who's studio housed Ka§par and Helder Russo as resident artists for years.
From a shared sense of respect and artistic complementarity, Jelle reached out with new material and Percebes had no chance but to develop and release it as the amazingly emotional "Deambolar".
^"Deambolar" is Meeuwsen's first for Percebes Música, and a deeply personal release that relates and describes hard moments and their overcoming through resilience and courage. "Desolate" is a beautiful track that soothes with it's driving beats and melancholic feeling - like crying on the dance floor, thankful that you've made it out of that relationshjp in one piece. "Flood" is a sublimely arranged piece of dramatic and epic house music, a clear barrage of sentiment,
introspective anger and the force to overcome, while "Swashbuckler" is a hot acid number with a huge break beat intermission that is sure to rock many a demaning floor.

Last October, South African artist Muzi made his Fool's Gold debut with uMUZI, an autobiographical collection of music with vignettes of the artist's journey from childhood to fatherhood . In 2024, this project has been reimagined for the club with remixes from Dan Kye, Edd, Emmaculate, and monocolour, a brand new alias from Kyptogram. Multi instrumentalist Jordan Rakei, know by his electronic soul-jazz alias Dan Kye, delivers a remix that even adds his own falsetto vocals to “Queen” — an anthem that already featured Chris Martin (yes, that Chris Martin). Malta's Edd transforms both "Light" and "Queen” into tasteful tech house bangers. Chicago's Emmaculate turns fan favorite "Milk & Honey” (feat. The Last Skeptic) into a nighttime Afro house weapon. Kyptogram, who has been making waves with his project kypt. vol2, premieres his new monocolour alias with a huge remix of "Queen" complete with powerful synth lines and live percussions.

Dutch producer and DJ Poko poko pushes an eclectic house and disco sound that oozes charisma, funk, soul, colour and good energy. Releasing on acclaimed imprints like Monologues Records, Feedasoul, House Cookin’ and Tomorrow Is Now Kid! He’s building a very impressive catalogue and a global fanbase with it.
 
His name comes from the Italian musical direction Poco a poco – ‘little by little’. “I’ve always felt strongly related to that term and used it a lot when the world around me felt like moving too fast” he says. “This project should be a life’s work and should evolve over time. Wherever it goes or takes me. No pressure, no obligations, just a way of living.” And so it has gone in his freewheeling journey as Poko poko so far, building up his production output and finding increasing success on quality house music labels, as well as some free downloads given away by the likes of Eton Messy and successful edits released to world wide acclaim.

Often to be found spreading his musical gospel in clubs in the Southern side of the Netherlands, he also sounds out musical missives from his @atmym radio show. “It can vary from long-lost funk and disco treasures to early ‘90s Chicago or acid house and from slick mid-tempo West Coast boogie and late ‘70s soul steppers to new wave or psychedelic rock and back to techno and electro again. I like catchy, snappy and quirky stuff, so if there’s a common theme which runs through my style as a DJ, it must be that.”
