After two years we welcome Sattam back on Eton Messy Records with an EP full of his best music yet! Sattam Has dug deep on this one taking inspiration from every corner of the London underground music scene.

Sattam says about the EP; 'I created the 'Astral Plane' EP as a homage to the dance music you hear in dark London clubs. There is such a strong blend of genres you hear these days and I soaked them all up. It was important that all four songs are derived from different styles but share the same themes and emotions.'

Returning in blazing form to light up the 2023 touch paper, Bushbaby is back in business with another absolute scorcher entitled 'Broken', hailing the summer season in a little bit earlier than normal.

With both 'No Clip' and 'M1 Impulse' landing towards the end of last year, 'Broken' is the best way to kick star the new one, blessing us with a showering shimmer of nostalgic organ chord melodies, super-catchy vocal twists and of course, an infectious bassline to match.

If this is how Bushbaby is starting 2023, it's going to be crazy to see how he closes it out.

Italian DJ and producer, Ruben Lasala gets his first Toolroom Trax release this February with brand-new single, ‘In Your Mind’.

Ruben’s career began in 2014 with his other alias, Rayven & Valexx which led to big collaborations with internationally renowned artists and releases on highly respected labels within the Dance world. Having spent the last few years focusing solely on his solo productions and honing in on a signature sound, Ruben is making his mark on the Electronic scene once again with recent productions on Defected’s D4 D4NCE and Unity Records.

‘In Your Mind’ is a superbly programmed and tightly woven groove that is infectious and propulsive from the get-go! Featuring crisp percussion, pumping bass, stripped back drum grooves and vocals that continue to orbit the atmospheric breaks and builds, leading to an explosive peak that will rip the club apart!

London born producer LIV kick starts her production career with a debut release for Waze’s Street Tracks label, delivering classic house vibes on ‘Let The Music’.

Beginning her musical career playing the drums, it was somewhat inevitable that rhythm and groove would play a huge part in her journey, and a love affair with house music followed. Brushing up on the history of house and taking inspiration from the legends of the genre such as Larry Levan, David Mancuso and Frankie Knuckles, LIV has since studied sound engineering and music production, and ‘Let The Music’ is the first fruit of her labour.

Laced with heavy piano chops and uplifting vocals, LIV nails a prime time slice of US inspired garage house for the modern dancefloors!
