I doubt there's anything worth salvaging with this recording, maybe some lyrics, but just thought I'd throw it up anyway. The latest Electronic composition project assigned to us, the assignment was to write a piece of music in the genre that someone else in the class specifies. I got "synth pad-y". Hmmm.....

Anyway, let me know what you think.

This One's For Nick

The first E-comp assignment for this semester. I hate most everything about it :)

The drums suck and the vocals suck and the bass is kinda lame. Some of the guitar work is alright and it might be cool to elaborate on some of the parts. Let me know whatch'all think.

Twiddle Your Thumbs For Me

Key of E Major. Buncha pieces. The first two riffs are the the same, just played differently. Which do you guyz think iz better? I have tried and tried and for the life a me can't come up with a second guitar part to match that. Ideas on the section after the "chorus"?

Tappin on tele

Very rough. An idea I have been working with and would love to expand upon. Nothing AWESOME, but more of a verse/transition piece so far. This would be a bass line, so the tone would be deeper and more bad azzz. I actually have some lyrics that definitely depict how I'm feeling (as you guys know). I would love to work with this little idea and some lyrics I've got over summer :)

But essentially it lays the groundwork for you guys to do your thang.

Potential bass line...on an acoustic

A boring/crappy little ditty I felt like messing with. This is the culmination of a few ideas i'd been playing with so I decided to kinda just mash em up in Ableton to see what happened. Maybe some ideas to play with? We'll see. Please pardon the strange of the volume on the last 30 or so seconds.

This is seriously about as rough as a demo gits. I can't tell if this idea is boring or not. You guys be the judge! Hope summer's treatin' ya'll well so far. Summer is the same without you guys.

Kinda boring

We are a band from the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. We are currently on the backburner due to school. Most of these are demos meant to transmit ideas to all the bandmembers neatly. They're scraps really. If you happen to find anything redeeming in these barebones tracks, COOL. If not, check out "I'm SO Fun Right Now". If that doesn't change your mind, we'd probly still be down to hang out.
